Apartment was excellent , near Lulu Mall and Metro stn.
Host was very polite and helpfull.
Food delivery at Apartment os available on Zomato, Swiggy.
No Lift, prepared to take the heavy suitcaae to second floor.

Had a really great stay at this apartment in Ernakulam with my friends. The place was very neat, clean, well-maintained, and offered excellent privacy. Everything was organized perfectly, and the overall atmosphere felt very comfortable and peaceful. You can clearly see the care and effort the owners put into maintaining the property.
Special thanks to Mr. Jayakumar and Mrs. Soumya for being such wonderful and helpful hosts. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, private, and comfortable stay in Ernakulam

Location is fine, space is appropriate for a family of 3 or 4.
Kitchen facilities are fine.
Property is clean. Ample sunlight in the common area/drawing room.
Bedroom has dampness as it doesnt get ample sunlight.
There is a need for an RO Water purifier, as 2 litres of water daily is not suffient when the day is hot.
