This sympathetically restored apartment, formerly a school, dates back to the 17th century. It forms one corner of a hidden town centre courtyard garden, of which visitors have the use of a small outside terrace.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, large open plan sitting room with wood burning stove, kitchen and bathroom.
Parking: There is off-street parking available for one car. Coxwell Street is one of the oldest streets in Cirencester, right in the town centre but remarkably quiet and peaceful.
Access: Access is via a flight of stairs - this may be a consideration for some people.

This property was absolutely perfect for our week long stay in the cotswolds. Cirencester served as the perfect central location to explore all of the villages, Bath, and Oxford. Neil communicated all of the travel directions, parking, and check in information well in advance which put us at ease traveling from the USA. The space was in pristine condition, very clean, well stocked, and the washer machine was a huge plus! All the neighbors we passed by were extremely friendly and the area felt safe & cozy. The backyard terrace served as a great spot to eat breakfast each morning and we were a quick walk to all the local restaurants and shops every night. I can't say enough good things about how great our stay was, 10/10 experience. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This place is so lovely and perfectly located! We walked to dinner and shopping and drove around the Cotswolds to explore other villages. We were surprised to be greeted with fresh scones and clotted cream. Neil was incredibly responsive when we arrived later than expected and truly went above and beyond to make this a perfect weekend in a magical town!
