One of the best stays we had in Malaysia! The hotel is within walking distance of the airport, but they still provide a free van transfer, which was really convenient with our luggage.
The staff were incredibly helpful and kindly changed our rooms after we realised we had made a mistake with our booking. The rooms were beautiful and very spacious, and the bathrooms were equally impressive, with both a separate shower and bathtub in each room.
The pool was beautiful, and the breakfast was amazing too. There’s even a luggage scale at reception, which was extremely useful for checking our bags before flying.
We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it, especially if you’re looking for somewhere convenient near the airport.
Everything was perfect overall. The only small issue was that the amount of soap, shower gel and shampoo provided was quite limited, but the staff were more than happy to provide us with more when we asked.

The location is perfect, less than five minutes from the airport. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices, and everything was delicious.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the swimming pool is absolutely amazing. The staff were always smiling, friendly, attentive, and willing to help. Everything was truly perfect from start to finish — a flawless stay and definitely an experience that lived up to our expectations.
I’m already looking forward to my next stay, Insha’Allah! ❤️
A special thank you to Faize for her kindness, professionalism, and for always being so helpful and welcoming. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pool was open until 1AM which I have never seen before but truly was a game changer. Great staff, wonderful breakfast buffet
Location and the old room designs

Located literally by 3 minutes of walking from the airport, easy to find and can be used as a central hub if you drive a car. It's a good value for its money.
Breakfast includes enough options for different nationalities.
Employees are really helpful and friendly.
The hotel is clean and the beds are comfy.
There is a lot of unused space in the hotel.
There aren’t many toys in the kids’ play area, there’s no supervision, and you won’t be able to use that room more than a few times.
The hotel doesn’t have a spa, and if you’d like to spend time there without leaving the premises, you’ll likely find that impossible, there’s simply nothing to do here.
The room is lit with harsh white light, and I didn’t find my room cozy. It's 2026, and the hotel still doesn't include 1-2 pads in its basic hygiene kit, it would be great if they took women into account.
During breakfast, the hotel is clearly understaffed, and you’ll have to spend time looking for forks and clean tables.
Dinner at the on-site restaurant will be expensive and not very tasty; look for a place elsewhere.
The hotel itself is quite run-down: worn-out faucet handles, a leaky shower, dirty windows, a not working drain in the shared restroom on the first floor, dirty tables in the smoking area, and the carpet in the hallway has a strong odor.
None of this is a deal-breaker, but if you’re coming here to escape your everyday life and have a perfect vacation experience, this isn’t the place for you.
