Baansuan Suksangob gives you everything it promises: a home in nature that is tranquil and peaceful – and even more. I can warmly recommend the farm stay to everyone who wants to experience the real Thailand, also to solo travellers. The host M knows English well and is genuinely interested in making your stay the best possible experience and accommodating every wish you might have – from touristic activities (e.g. discovering stalagmite and stalactite caves, visiting Trang, going to the beach …), to local insights/food (e.g. local markets and restaurants, talking to local people), to local nature (e.g. swimming in jungle waterfalls, bird watching at lakes, exploring national parks and its flora and fauna, hiking in the mountains, …). He even made a little birthday surprise for me. I can also recommend to people following a vegan and vegetarian diet. After my visit I can call him a friend and will make sure to always come by when I'm back in Thailand.

We’ve had such a good stay! The room exceeded our expectations, very good style, architecture, little attentions and a super comfy bed. From the moment we could get out of this cloudy bed, we enjoyed the waterfall so much, very refreshing and peaceful. Big thank you to M for all your help, bringing us to the lovely market and arranging food and even massages for us! The dog Tong is so adorable. And the whole place is spotless thanks to M and the kind lady who makes sure everything is kept tidy. It was hard to say by to this wonderful farmstay. We are already looking forward to the next time we can come and see our new friend M 😁

De rust! Wat een lokatie aan de rand van de jungle. Ogenschijnlijk zit je ver weg van alles, maar lopend ben je in een half uurtje bij de waterval en met de auto in dezelfde tijd in de prachtige grotten bij Trang. Vraag de host om je er heen te brengen. Tegen betaling rijdt hij overal heen waar je maar wilt. Of vraag hem zijn bedrijf te laten zien en je leert alles over rubberbomen en koffiestruiken. En geniet vooral van de natuur rondom je heen. Voor rustzoekers is deze accommodatie een pareltje in het toeristische zuiden van Thailand. Eigenlijk zouden wij deze plek geheim moeten houden, zo aangenaam is het er.

I liked our warm welcome and attentive host, the attention to detail in our room and bathroom, the soft towels, our hut's position amongst the trees on the farm, the gentle bird sounds and the tranquility all around. Thank you so much.
