The check in procedure was simple and pain free. The room was well equipped, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location of the property was ideal for the main attractions of Bruges whilst being far enough away from the hustle and bustle.
The cafe downstairs wasn't open during our stay but we were aware of this and there were recommendations for other breakfast spots provided with no shortage of other excellent options.

Only criticism was it was a tad noisy at night as it was quite close to a few bars. It is on the second floor so those with mobility issues (not us) may struggle

my room was designed stunningly. i felt like i was some executive or movie star. the bathroom was awesome, the bed was extremely comfortable. very walkable. felt very secure as well.
the staircase is a bit noisy, so you can hear other guests coming and going.

Narrow, long, and curvy staircase, two flights up. Room was dark..
