The location was good, within walking distance to the metro, and the neighborhood was excellent--safe, varied, walkable, with many businesses --mini-market, bakery, grocery store, etc-- nearby. Two plazas with restaurants and shops within comfortable walking distances. We had wonderful neighbors in the building itself who helped us get in the front door multiple times, especially when the code to the lockbox wasn't provided when we arrived. They helped us with other things also. They made us feel welcome and part of the neighborhood community.
The proprietor could have been more responsive to our needs, especially by providing the lockbox code before our arrival, and by answering our phone calls when we couldn't get in that day. The owner should have provided us our own set of keys, including one for the front entrance door, on day 2. Other basic needs, such as a set of sheets for the 3rd bed we needed should have been met much sooner and more easily than they were. The proprietor could be more responsive and active/ proactive in accommodating guests.

Відпочивали групою 6 дорослих, було достатньо комфортно, і нам район здався спокійним. Поруч метро, декілька станцій до центру міста. У помешканні загалом було чисто, кожна кімната з кондиціонером. Велика тераса з гарним видом, 5 поверх, але є ліфт. В цілому нам сподобалось, для короткочасного перебування щоб подивитися Афіни- ідеальний варіант.
Була одна неприємність з душовим склом, але господар відреагував доброзичливо, тож це не вплинуло на наш відпочинок. Можливо, хотілось би мати базові речі як чай/кава вже одразу в помешканні.

Piękny widok, lokalizacja, duży balkon - taras, na którym miło spędzaliśmy wieczory. Blisko stacji metra, skąd już wszędzie rzut beretem. Lokal bardzo poprawny. Na moje standardy super, nasze oczekiwania spełnił.
Kilka niedociągnięć wynikających z użytkowania jak niezamykająca się toaleta czy luźna deska na kibelku, brak czajnika, ale mieliśmy klimę w każdym pokoju i działały wyśmienicie. Nic nie przyćmiło naszej frajdy z bycia w Atenach.
