Your 2nd Home in Baguio!

I was not expecting much when I booked a room in Baguio, but when we came to the room, it was so comfortable, and everything that you need is already available. If you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the best location for you. It is just near the Mansion, Wright Park, Botanical Garden, Bamboo Sanctuary, Mines View, and Good Shepherd. We had great fun, even just staying in the room. I will definitely book this again.

Overall, I am very satisfied with My stay. Host was easy to talk to.

The location was near to where my work is. The Place is clean and comfortable. Decent wifi speed. Clean bathroom.

Great Stay for the Family

No free breakfast. But location is great. Near Wright Part and a number of restaurants and Cafe nearby. It is also a few minutes away from Camp John Hay.

Heater in the shower is not working. We have to bring the water heater (electric kettle) and pour in the bucket. But it was okay since we are used to that kind of thing. :)

the beddings (too colorful and too many prints). there should be an extra set of towels .

I like that it's very close to Wright Park. There are also establishments at the ground floor so it won't be a hassle if you need to grab something to eat or drink. Staff are also very accommodating and they respond to our questions/concerns in a timely manner. Room is big as I think it can accommodate up to 5 people, so it was very spacious as there were only 2 of us. I also appreciate that there are freebies in the room (candies, coffee, cooking oil, toiletries). Blankets and towels are very clean (they smell really good ☺️). The room in general was very well sanitized.

Heater takes time to heat up. You have the option though to heat water via the electric stove and electric kettle but you won't be able to do both simultaneously since it will cause fluctuation.

i didnt expect the room will be perfect, except for the heater in the comfort room it's not working easily. I need to heat thru a kettle. but it's totally fine! I love the place! will book again. This is self-check-in as well!

Very good

Nice place great location. Friendly owner. The appartement was clean and filled with extra's.

There was a strong smell inside coming from some locked cabinets. Probaly from cleaning chemicals but it worked on our lungs after plenty ventilating the smell was gone. Maybe air out the cabinets.

Wonderful

The room’s very clean and spacious. The space is enough for my family, consisting of 5 people. There is an early bird free parking at the frontage; a basement pay parking is also available. The host was very hospitable and kind.

Shower head and nozzle needs to be replaced and cleaned, respectively. Also, there are no plastic replacements for the trashbin.

Value for money

A few minutes from town but still accessible to restaurants,bars and 24/7 stores. It is also a couple of steps from Mine’s View and Wright Park. If you prefer a much laid back,quiet place this can be a good choice. A big plus points for the internet access since I still have to work despite running DFA and medical errands before my shift starts. Did a speed test with 20ish upload and download, stable enough to keep me on the loop. Almost everything is provided, from toiletries,hair blower, free goodies on top of the fridge,cookies,noodles and bottled water, there’s even a bottle of brandy chilled in the ref. Oh! There’s warm shower as well. Definitely the property just makes you feel comfortably at home. Thank you miss Alshane and maam Blaize for the assistance.

Encountered some roach by the toilet.

Over all i like the place. Excellent! The owner as well is very accommodating. 😉😍. The room is complete that if you want to cook, you may. The comfort room is great. The heater is working, the shower is functional. The owner even let us use her toiletries. And it has freebies on top of the fridge. 😍😋. Thank you for that..

Maybe the absence of electric fan because in day time the place is warm but i think/understand that electric fans are prohibited this time of pandemic i guess? 🤔😄

Superb place to stay

Everything! The place is so clean, cozy, and feels like home. The unli wifi, the cooking utensils, tv, fan, the freebies like coffee, tea and rice. Also the free use of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, lotions, powder, alcohol, blower and flat iron. It's near the tourist spots, walking distance actually to the mansion and wright park. Relaxing and very accomidating host Ms. Alshane. Thank you.
