Clean, high class, comfortable, helpful and friendly staff
There is no actual lobby and the common area is a bit strange.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was pleasant, especially the stone design which gave it a unique vibe. The location is excellent—just a minute away from the German Colony, which is ideal for evening outings.
However, the bathroom was the main concern, with visible mold in all corners of the shower and even on the shower handle, which raised serious concerns about hygiene standards. In addition, the bed was relatively small, and my husband and I found it difficult to move comfortably during the night.
The shower had visible black mold in the corners, which made it uncomfortable to use, especially for guests who value cleanliness.

Very clean and nicely designed room. Big, comfortable bed, hot water, nice small terrace out the door from which you can see the upper part of the Bahai gardens. Coffee machine , 2 AC’s as the space is big.
Quite noisy in the morning from the main road.

The location is amazing
The room was very small, without any extra facilities. The room itself was not clean at all (sink with hairs, bed sheets with stains, and small pieces of food on the floor.
