The location is great! It's close to a subway station, a shopping center, and everything you need. The host, Anna, is very friendly and will help with any questions. The room has everything you need for a short- or medium-term stay, including everything you need for cooking. I was very satisfied and would stay here again : )

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko stacja metro i komunikacja publiczna. Do centrum ok. 10 minut pieszo.

Steps away from metro station, "Rossiya Mall" shopping center/supermarket. River/stream literally flowing near/under staircase leading up to your room! Just behind "Comfort Hotel" sign if looking from main boulevard/parking lot area.
Google maps directions my have you walking unnecessary distance on roundabout route (at least from my starting point) as if it were a taxi meter running up bill.

Very nice host Anna with excellent communication both via WhatsApp and booking.com chat. Close to the main square (walking). Quiet road, no noise from outside. Efficient air-conditioning. Washing machine and a good quiet refrigerator in the room. Cooking utensils. Family atmosphere, which we support by staying at this hotel/guesthouse.
Noise in my room 306:
First, there was a centralized water tank inside my room -see photo, which was making eventual noise. No problem during daytime, but sometimes sounded loud at night.
Second, crazy neighbor from room 305 used to watch TV until early morning -
the summary of the both factors meant poor sleep for me. Host Anna spoke to this guest the next day, it worked. But noise from the water tank does not go away.
However, if you do not have sensitive ears like mine, you will hopefully not be disturbed with this noise.
