Good clean unit, comfortable bed, good appliances, kitchen sink and burner needs upgrade, little bit rusty. Very good security, safe place, keypad is convenient
Little bit far walk to MOA, but there is some shops and stores within walking distance, not too bad

Location is great and the apartment was complete with basic things you need for a short/ or even long stay.
Had a bad xp already upon check in. It was horrible, took us more than 30 minutes to go inside the apartment because of some management issues about our IDs. We sent our IDs earlier that day 3 hours b4 our arrival and we informed the agent that we were going to be late, so we were expecting everything was all ready since we arrived late. We were coming from Baguio with a toddler so it was already tiring for us and we were expecting checking in was smooth since they have excellent review. Also No receipt only a soft copy, agent promised to give us the next day coz she forgot to bring.
