location is perfect as well as the accommodation itself
The shower is terrible - water pours all over the bathroom floor and there is no way to change it, the shower simply has a wrong drain and there are no sideboards.
the only way to use it - to make the whole bathroom as the shower and to go to the toilet to the another bathroom (lucky there is another)

be aware that there is a construction of new building right upfront, but no big problem with closed windows
Fridge needed to be modified as it didn’t work correctly, hope it is already fixed
