The location and the staff were fantastic. This makes my 5th time staying there. I truly love the staff for making the stay a great experience like usual.
The building is starting to get ran down. The rate is too high for the stay. Toilets don’t flush and there’s never hot water. It’s lukewarm the most. At least the pool is up to date.

The staff, the food, place was clean at all times.
Some issues with water leaks in the bathrooms and occasionally the water preasure was low.

The room is comfortable and has all amenities.
The room is advertised with balcony, but the access to it has been shut so there was no way to enjoy it. Also, for this type of hotels, one expects to have warm water in the shower, but there was only cold water.

It was an ok hotel and the food was great.
Well the pool area was under construction so I cant say much about that. The biggest problem for me is the main hotel areas had no ac and the ac in the room could only be turned on "if" you were in the room with means you had to come to a hot room every time you enter and wait for it to cool down.
