Excellent location. Quiet room. Next door to great restaurant.
My room was adjacent to the pool with people walking by going for breakfast. Only one blackout curtain which made the room dark.

We took advantage of the Spa in the suite after a long day on an Amazon tour, which we organised through the Hotel. The staff really went out of their way to make sure we had a fabulous stay.
Although we had a small mix up with pricing initially, this was overcome overnight and we were even offered a BIG box of chocolates. We accepted graciously, then returned them to the staff to share with their families. We didn’t need the extra pounds!

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to change rooms. The breakfast was simple, filling, and the eggs were cooked to order. The location was great.
I should have read more info— hot water is only available in suites. WiFi was inconsistent.
