Love the little honesty shop, not that we needed it but good idea
We loved the little book with the photos in! So much we accidentally took it home (we are returning!!)
Hot tub understandably took hours to heat so maybe would be nice for the offer to have it heated for arrival - kids were very impatient waiting 3 hours for it to heat. Despite this, it was lovely and worth the wait.
A nice welcome card or sign would be so much better than just the book and make people feel welcomed.
Soooo many flies, not sure how this can be helped as you already seem to be trying to deal with this in various ways! We kept doors and windows shut but constant flies in as soon as we opened a door.
Some extra towels! Using the hot tub plus showering plus trying to dry them in the cottage is basically impossible so not very nice.

Our cottage was great, very nicely done out, lovely open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Great location. First time we have used a log burning hot tub but once you got the hang of it, it worked well and got nice and toasty. Very handy little shop on site. Bbqs provided and a little foot golf course.
