Персонал оказал поддержку с трансфером. При отеле еще был ресторан, другие в Самарканде я даже не пытался найти
Однако незадолго до отъезда возникла проблема с платой за обед. Лучше за него оплачивать наличными

Доброжелательная женщина на ресепшн, всегда за нас переживала и готова была всем помочь. Отель неплохой, надо только доработать его. Интерьер интересный. Месторасположение хорошее.
Завтрак был холодный, еда заканчивалась и её не подносили. Номер Люкс: в номере были оборваны шторы, не было одеяла, после неоднократной просьбы, одеяло взяли в соседнем номере у друзей. Нам принесли только на следующий день. Не было заявленных халатов, пришлось просить. В ванной комнате душ был старый, вода текла во все стороны. Люкс совсем не Люкс. Это номер, как из СССР. Кулеры не работали.

El personal del hotel: el director y el otro chico de recepción, muy amables, colaboradores, con muy buen inglles, nos ayudaron con los taxis, etc. Incluso nos dieron desayuno box porque salíamos a las 0530 hs de la mañana. El restaurante para cenar, buenos precios y buen servicio
Desayuno muy sencillo, faltando zumos, variedad huevos y panes.
