Shared room with a friend, sofa bed is handy however it is uncomfortable due to the metal bars.

Very good location in terms of distance to centre. Simple and tidy room with everything that we needed for a short break.

Noise on an evening down the side streets, locals were causing issues until the early hours.

Location is excellent 👌. Decent value for money.

The stairs are extremely steep, not very safe (quite a few loose steps) and not welcoming at all. We stayed in apartment B which was comfortable for 2 people but definitely no more. The bathroom is basically a cupboard under the stairs and very small. No air conditioning in the building, which it does state, but the two fans provided are fairly ineffective. The location of this apartment is great though.

Avoid like the plague. Add 20 euros, go to a hotel.

I like the contactless experience right until when the person who "prepares" the flat came to see me asking if everything was ok. I told him no, it wasn't clean at all: hair balls in the bathroom and everywhere. Scum on the floor. Etc. He literally repeated it wasn't his fault he couldn't clean, it was the "tile joints" fault. What a crazy interaction that was.

Door doesn't close properly, you have to prop it with a cloth so that the wind doesn't rattle it. Someone coming down the stairs even tried to open the door on their way out I had to act aggressively so that they went away. Feeling very unsafe when inside. Cleanliness was the worst I've seen in a rented place in 37 years of life on this earth. Pictures attached. Be advised they are shocking. Messages everywhere in the flat telling you to do this, don't do that, do this, don't do that. How about you clean the place and fix the main door... oh, the neighbourhood is very very unsafe. Got harassed by two bums for 2 days straight.

Bien situé au centre de Perpignan. Studio propre et le système pour récupérer les clés est très pratique.

La salle de bain est très étroite, il ne faut pas être trop gros/grosse. Il n'y a également pas d'aération dans la salle de bain.

Situé dans le centre ville, facile pour visiter la ville. Equipement du logement correct. Propreté correcte également et surface agréable.

L'escalier est très très raide et étroit. Pas évident de monter les valises jusqu'au 3eme. Le lit était très incorfortable (mou et avec des trous d'usure). Quartier peu engageant et bruyant la nuit, mais chaleur intenable sous le toit, vitre ouverte indispensable sans la clim...
