Refrigerator; location

Electronic keys forgot code three times. No clean and bed making;had to go get exchange towels. Had called for them to change out my towels and make my bed. it was never done

Not at all restful nor peacefull.

Room was clean.

The hotel had persons staying that were cooking and started a fire. They left a plastic bowl on the electric stove which caused awful smoke and of course the alarms went off at 7am. We immediately got up and dressed. The hallway of 2nd floor was full of smoke and people. Could not use the elevator which was challenging for me since I am recovering from a broken ankle. My husband assisted me to slowly go down the stairs, thank god only one flight. We went to front desk to find all very calm versus our state of panic with our belongings in hand. Reception went on to explain this happens very often since this is a large group of persons staying with them under the same corporation who cook and frequently burn things. He said they will fill report to have company pay for this damage but I would like to know what about us that were pulled out of bed so early. We have stayed here many times and I have reserved several rooms at one time for family coming from out of town with us. I would hate for this to happen while all of us are there next time since this happens so often it was a very scary situation for us.

Our stay was awesome, no really any complaints.

Everything was great. The room was very clean. The location was also very safe. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The front desk was very friendly! The price was good too.

The room just looked different than what we booked, but not bad for one night stay. That is the only thing .

it is very dirty, stains on the pillows and hairs on the sheets. first 10 min I came in to my room I called reception and try to cancel because it was just simply disgusting and the overall hotel smelt like a dirty sausage, reception say they couldn’t so I paid for the whole “stay” even tho I ran away to a Hampton and came back on check out day to “check out” so they didn’t charge extra for checking out early. Even when the room was super dirty, cleaning is not everyday like in normal hotels. it’s every 7 days!! ewk. Not to mention you have to take the dirty sheets and towels yourself to the desk to get them changed. Also the room is so empty. there’s a difference between having the minimum and being minimalist with being cheap like this.

from the moment we got there till the day we left it was an amazing stay

the employees are the best they do what ever to make you happy the manager Carlos is awesome. An amazing person

Overall good value for what we paid

The location was great. you could walk to the consulate and all the appointments, and also walk to mall next door. The mini kitchen was nice, but you have to bring your own pans/plates/spoons/etc. because these are not provided. Staff was very friendly

We didn’t like the fact that staff only cleaned every 7 days. We stayed for 7 exactly so our room was never cleaned. You had to take the trash out ourselves and take it to the hallway so it can be thrown out and we had to track down the cleaning lady so she can give us new trash bags and toilet paper because that was not provided unless you asked for it. Under the bed was messy and the remote looked like it had never been wiped down

Thankful that I brought my own cleaning supplies, bed sheets and towels.

The location is great. The hotel is located in very close proximity to all necessary offices required for immigration purposes.

The room was extremely dirty. The floor was filthy. I used one of their towels to mop the floor and the towel after the first mop was BLACK! I had to rinse it and mop a couple of times just to clean the floor. The bedsheets and towels were a dirty brown. The pillows were these little squares not even considered a full size pillow so it was very hard to get comfortable if we would have had to use them. The A/C worked well in regards to keeping the room at a perfect temperature. However, it smelled like mildew/mold and was very hard to stay in the room without the window open to kind of help with the smell to be pushed out. At night when we had to close the window for safety purposes, the smell was worse. I was thankful I had brought all my cleaning supplies, bed sheets and pillows so, I was able to use my own and clean the room to make it comfortable enough to stay in for the 9 days we had reserved for immigration purposes.
