The room was good size, had a table for work, was clean, the air conditioner works well, the bathroom was clean and with good space, the area for cooking with many spaces. The microwave works well. The fridge was clean. I took some pot and pan for cook. You can walk to the mission mall, to the consulate, and to the S-mart to buy whatever you need to cook. The area is very secure, in comparation with a guess house. We love to be there, people working here were very nice.
The only thing I don't like about it was they don't allow you to drink or eat in the pool area. However, I really love to be there.

People were nice
Dirty walls, pricey to wash, only clean once every 7 days. A/C smells moldy.
