I had the most pleasant stay at Sunset Hotel Jeddah. The level of guest care, communication and attention to detail was exceptional.
The cleanliness and hygiene standards were second to none, and I was particularly impressed by how promptly and patiently the team responded to all my questions, even before I arrived.
It's always lovely to experience genuine hospitality, where you feel valued and well looked after throughout your stay.
I would absolutely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sunset Hotel to anyone visiting Jeddah. Thank you for making my first stay so enjoyable!

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The furniture is getting a bit tatty.

I stayed at Sunset Jeddah for a week, and I have to give special recognition to Shahab Ahmed.
From the moment I arrived, Shahab was nothing short of amazing. Always smiling, always welcoming, always ready to help. I used to joke that from sunrise to sunset, Shahab was smiling! He has such a warm and genuine personality that he completely changed the experience of staying at the hotel.
Hotels can have beautiful rooms and great facilities, but what really makes you want to return is how people make you feel. Shahab made me feel completely at home.
By the end of my stay, Sunset no longer felt like just another hotel in Jeddah. It became somewhere I knew I would happily return to, largely because of the hospitality and warmth I received from Shahab.
There is simply no better place to stay than somewhere you are made to feel at home.
Thank you, Shahab Ahmed. You are an incredible ambassador for Sunset Jeddah, and I genuinely look forward to coming back!
