Very dissatisfied with my stay (well we didn't even stay). My friend and I were making a trip to New Brunswick and chose to stay here to recover for the night. Originally we paid for a room on the second floor, we were given room 105. At first we didn't mind as you can park your car in front of your room so bringing In luggage was really easy. First red flag was while I was checking us in. My friend waited in the car, and a cop came to check around the motel and then left, then they pulled back in and was shining a flashlight looking around. We brushed it off and unloaded in our room. Second red flag was the car two spaces down, completely smashed in, it was off putting buuuuuut we still decided to stay. Next, the locking system on the sliding doors was really janky There was no lock or bar, instead two little L shaped hinges that could be easily ripped off if you pulled hard enough, so if you choose to stay here especially with children pleeeease ask for second floor. All of our bed linen was gross and stained. The toilet kept making noises that wouldn't stop, it was just really uncomfortable all around. we did have our own bed linen so we placed it over the bed and gave it a really good wash once we arrived to our destination. The big turning point was someone going to what seemed like all the doors and jiggling all the knobs... including ours. we left right after that. We felt so unsafe we left and stayed in a reputable hotel. I want a refund. Do not stay here.

This is exactly what I needed: a clean, safe place to spend the night before an early flight. The desk clerk was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful; I came in late at night and he offered me a snack from the breakfast room, as I would be leaving before breakfast began. Room was clean and warm and the bed was comfortable. Great deal!

I stayed for a week, didn’t get any cleaning services until checkout. It also had allot of humidity in the room but it was close to my work and easy access to many amenities.

It was dark so couldn't see the outside well. The receptionist was very pleasant and informative, especially about the best time to get breakfast. The room is extra clean and the pillows are very nice.

Room 128. Air condition was unplugged hot in room. Went to reservation desk he would send someone I said I’d try if unplugged. I plugged in didn’t work. Saw staff in in laundry room they came and replugged. Worked. The floors were not clean, grapes on floor. Asked housekeeping to bring broom but she just picked top food in floor and left. Very dirty along walls/floor. In the bathroom Black on walls about 5 inches down from ceiling looks like Mold. Room 121. Also mold. Also in Lobby same thing. Was very disappointed.

The staff at reception has very poor customer service skills. Needs to be trained on how to communicate with customer. Gentleman has long hair and wears glasses, thinks he knows everything and not listens to customers which is very disrespectful.

Modernly renovated, lots receptacles, clean, excellent location for being very close to many plazas (Walmart, Super C, Canadian Tire, all kinds fast food and restaurants), quiet, easy parking, EV charging, friendly and helpful staff, great price during summer peak time

There is nothing we liked about the place. There were wet towels hanging behind the bathroom door, the bath mat was damp, one of the bed had an obvious reused bed sheet from the day before. We asked for new sheets; when we stripped the old one OMG, dead skin! Pubic hair! Dark stains ! We wanted to puke. We packed up and left the hotel. We were promised our money back but they only credited one night out of two. I think Econolodge must investigate this place! We weren’t equipped with the proper light to find bed bugs so I cannot comment on that…

This was a stop over for us and therefore only required clean and convenient - it was certainly both. The rooms, bedding and towels were are clean, the staff were welcoming and multi-lingual, breakfast was satisfactory- no complaints here. Thanks.
