Staff was warm, nice and friendly.
nick was very courteous and helpful.
The hotel is clean and well maintained and all the amenities worked
The only thing I wasn't particularly thrilled for was the TV remote not having functions to switch TV input.

It was relatively clean, much cleaner than the Comfort Inn in the same area. The computer & printer were broken but the front desk staff will help you print out necessary documents if you email to them. Breakfast was basic and same daily: cereal & milk, Quaker Oats, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, yoghurt, apples, bananas. Room service is every 2-3 days. The location is close to many shops and services.

The staff was amazing and helped us out in an emergency situation. Hands down the best experience when they didn't have to be.
