The hotel was clean, it was a nice property and the price was very good. The breakfast a little sparse.

Was next to rooms of 20 different people that all knew eachother, were loud, leaving their room doors open and going from one room to another, hotel also has a roach problem. Woke up with one crawling on me as well as pretty much seeing at least one running around the room at all times. With roaches when you see one or two that means they are everywhere! Disgusted. Never again.

I regret to convey that my overall positive experience during my stay was marred by a regrettable encounter with the hotel manager upon check-out. Despite having enjoyed a satisfactory stay at various 5-star establishments in NYC, the manager's behavior left much to be desired. Given the seemingly vacant state of the hotel and my accustomed check-out time extending until 1 pm, the untimely and confrontational visit to my room was both surprising and unprofessional. This unfortunate incident resulted in an exchange of words, further detracting from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. Ps the bathroom had mold

Everything was great… until I got charged the $100 damage/smoking fee. We did not damage anything nor smoke in the room ( I revised the room before leaving) no major damage on anything. This was a little disconcerting to me. I would like an explanation.

The staff is wonderful!!

This place was absolutely awful. From checking in with the hateful staff, to being told I couldn’t stay more than 7 nights because I might be a squatter, it was horrible. I said a squatter is someone who doesn’t pay, I’m here for work for a few weeks. I pay a week in advance plus deposit. They treated me like I was crazy for wanting to stay. I was also told I needed to leave my room for 30-45 minutes every other day while the housekeeper cleaned my room. I told them multiple times that I worked night shift and would love it if they could clean in the afternoon, and I was again told no. She said they had to stick to their cleaning list even though someone was still cleaning at 3PM. Housekeeping walked into our room without knocking more than once and instead of an apology, the manager screamed at me that they would NEVER enter a room without knocking. But they did. They sit at the front desk and watch the cameras 24/7 hoping to catch a guest doing something wrong. They took one couple’s deposit because the manager”thought she saw a cloud of smoke”which seems to be a trend if you look at the comments. I suggest doing your deposit on your debit card so you have a fighting chance of getting it back with your bank. I felt so uneasy the entire stay. I’ve traveled for 2 years and this was probably the worst one I’ve been to.

The room is very clean and quiet. The location is very convenient. It's right inside a shopping plaza.

Very poor signage and lighting to find this accommodation. You had to drive past an abandoned building down a dark road with no name at the far end of a strip mall behind a restaurant. There was no sign on any of the mall entrances saying Red Roof Inn. Two signs about two small unlighted signs less than two feet long were the only indicators it was there. Rooms were ok. Breakfast limited.

It was an average hotel for a good price. It was in a good location. Front desk clerk was very friendly and the front desk clerk in the morning. Also re-stocked the breakfast area breakfast was continental bagels, muffins, danishes, hot cereal, cold cereal, juice, and coffee.

No hot water for 2 days. Constant knocking from housekeeping (one even tried to undo the latch to come in). Just terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Difficult to get to, bathroom was small sink outside bathroom. Breakfast not much variety.

I stayed there two nights they wanted a copy of my id because I booked through a third party cool! At 11:00 Monday morning I was leaving to check out the general manager knocked on the door and said she was checking rooms I told her to come in to check mines she said she's headed to check one I put my bag in the car and came back in and asked did she check the front desk stated I was free to go two days went bye I called for my deposit and was told she kept it for smoking she's lying I don't even allow smoking in my own house let alone taken my money definitely fighting this charge

The breakfast menu should be expanded

Customer service was excellent especially from yasmin! Our daughter got sick in bed and she quickly came to our room with new bedding extra towels and took all our not so clean sheets. Our room was what we expected for the price..no frills but clean. Shower had wonderful hot water and great pressure.

What a dump! We checked in and 30 mins later a roach ran across the room! Of course we’re not staying in a roach infested room. So we opted to check out. Tried to get my money back but the manager, Ariselle Diaz, refused to reimburse us. I understand that you host a lot of crackheads at this hotel but we were there genuinely to stay, as we were in town for a friend’s 40th birthday celebration. We drove all the way up from DC and had to find other accommodations immediately. Expedia wouldn’t do anything about the reimbursement either. Unless you are a crackhead or don’t mind sleeping with roaches, do not opt to stay at red roof inn in Easton, PA. Oh, and they charge $100 deposit (due to the crackheads in sure), which we’ll see if I actually get it back based on the shadiness of this place.

Room description indicated king size bed. Room actually contained queen size bed.

This was a very clean facility. The front desk girl, Yvette, was more than friendly and accommodating. I would mention one point though. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to look elsewhere as there was a lot of banging around at 5:30 am with (construction?) men getting ready to leave for work.

I can’t actually make ratings on the property or the staff because we didn’t actually stay there. Booked a room for a night for a wedding and the day before I went on to the hotel web site and read the reviews. Multiple reviews were stating that there were killing cockroaches and bugs. Read another review stating they made a copy of their drivers license. Called the hotel directly to verify this and was told that because we booked through Expedia for some reason they have to make a copy of my drivers license. I told them I will not do that! Also, Looked on Google Maps and there is no direct road access to the property. You have to drive through some huge strip mall parking lot to get to the property. Say thank you red roof inn for the $94 donation!

Red Roof Inn Easton was a very basic hotel all we needed for a one night stay. The Fitness Center was not great and smelled pretty bad. Overall the hotel was dated but met our needs.

Overall a clean room and friendly staff. Unfortunately the breakfast was spartan (a few packages muffins) and a few of the guests in our floor decided to have a loud and drunken argument from 1-3 am, pounding in doors and screaming profanities. The guests were asked to leave in the morning, but the lack of control for 2+ hours was disappointing.

Horrible - The declined to check me in because they said i was banned for smoking- I don't smoke and i'm 7 months pregnant. Who declines a pregnant woman a room?? Terrible
