Front of A/C hanging over towards floor had to hold it up with table. a/c filter terribly dirty. Four lamps in room only two working. I went an asked for two bulbs. This took care of one but not the other. Towel rack broken from wall on one side. Nice Staff, grounds clean and area quiet.

First room 127 that I was given had non-functioning lights.
In the second room 121, the television was lying face down on the dresser. (Not that I planned to watch it).
Toilet needs to be fixed in 121, every few minutes the tank would partially refill.

AC in our room didn't work
11am check out but cleaning came knocking at 9:30 despite DO NoT disturb on door handle, then again at 10:30...RUDE

I stayed here in December on my first cross country trip so I deliberately stopped here again on this trip because I knew it was clean, very comfortable and that the staff was super friendly.

Room was dated. Upholstery on chair was worn and torn. Bed was nice. Could hear outside noise all night long. Could hear neighbors all night long. And toilet dripped all night long. The noise made for a fitful sleep. Would not recommend.

The beds were very comfortable but the furniture was in very rough shape. The worst part was the floors. They were so filthy, I had to put my slippers in a plastic bag.

The main light switch did not work, and the flapper in the toilet tank was not sealing correctly, so it sounded like it was running all night. The bed was pretty comfortable

This hotel room was nice, cozy and comfy. It was clean. Soft beds, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc... Great staff, friendly staff, needs were met while there. They had a great free breakfast every morning. A great place to stay I recommend.

It is an old motel that has been updated. The layout of the facility is not user friendly. Although it has been updated, the entry doors should have been replaced. The exterior still looks very dated. You can only do so much with an old motel. For the location to be so close to the casino, I think it would have been better to raze the motel and construct a new one. As it is they appear to have put lip stick on a pig so to speak. It sounds cruel but I am just keeping it real.

Older motel in need of an upgrade. Not very clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. The condition and uncleanness of the motel compared to other motels in the same price range is too high. But they did have a good breakfast.

The rooms were dirty and full of marijuana smell even though we didn't booked a smoking room.
Once we checked out we were waiting for a Uber eats delivery in front of the front desk. And as we were sitting, we started working on our laptops as it a weekday. The front desk person was asking us several times when we are going to leave. We felt very uncomfortable about it. I am a frequent traveler and stayed in many hotels, but none of them asked us to leave from the lobby after we checked out.

I believe that someone is paying people to review this property with positive reviews because it’s so ghetto it’s not for families who are driving by. We went next door to margaritas and let me tell you. The staff sat us down on wobbly tables and when we asked about the steak and what kind it was, she’s says - it’s stake. We ordered chicken and when we asked for salsa for the chips. The waitress goes and sits with her boyfriend and goes on her phone and then later gets the salsa. Across from us was a group of ratchet ladies fighting over who knows what and starting throwing their glass drinks on the floor. The staff was laughing. We immediately got up and left before we heard gun shots or who knows what other violence.
Now to the hotel. When we enter the room it was so stuffy and dusty it looked like no one stayed in there in years. We moved the beds together because we are a family of 5. 3 adults and 2 kids and the floors were so dirty we could hear the crackling floors crumble the dirt and grime and insects. On the corners of the room was spider webs and dust with bugs and roaches and crickets. So we wet a towel and added soap and mopped the floor with our feet to at lead feel better.
The staff was unfriendly. No cutlery. Napkins. We asked for milk and she told us there’s someone there that will refill it and we didn’t even know who that person was. Later with a disgusted face the lady came and put in the counter and walked away. As if we were bothering her.

I am traveling cross country and this is the first motel I've been too that was actually comfortable.
The beds were both very high and very nice with a lot of pretty decent pillows. The room had many amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dryer, ironing board and iron and a very nice array of shampoo, lotion, coffee etc.
The free breakfast here was actually good with omelettes, a big choice of oatmeal flavors, bacon, toast, grits, juices, cereal, coffee ... Most places have toast and coffee and call it breakfast.
The only downside was that the area seems sketchy as I had two people screaming outside my door. Other than that it was pretty good.

Andrea was phenomenal at check in and helped us out so much. The room was clean, and every single person on the property was so incredibly kind.
I would also like to give a special shout out to Autumn. Not only was she kind and helpful while we were at the hotel, but I absentmindedly left my coats in the closet, and she went above and beyond to get them back to me. Thank you so much again, Autumn!
I truly cannot say enough about the southern hospitality at this location, and I would recommend this spot to anyone passing through Memphis.

Very good staff: Autumn, Garwyn at Front Desk, Cynthia (CC) and 2 Patel's in Housekeeping in particular. Business computer not available. Room AC works. Heat not working in my room. Cool nights dress warm in room.. Broken flooring is Trip hazard. Torn socks easy to replace.. Electric system issues maybe due to recent Coronal Mass Elections (CME). Missing smoke/fire detector. Fire Marshall must be okay with this. Faulty door lock in my room slamming it hard enables locking, still allows cold breeze into room.. no light in mini fridge, bring flashlight. Front entrance, lobby very nice and clean. Areas in Rear and parking lot where my room was has much trash. No evidence of recycling. close to Casino good for Gamblers. Not close to reasonably priced food and drinks plan on paying high prices or driving/ walking a ways. Still a lot of Crime around. Less Dangerous than Memphis TN. Many Con men/women and grifters. Also manyny very blessed and spiritual residents. Visit and partake in wisdom at Afrika Books on E Broadway. Music and Soul food at BlackBerry Molasses. Dodges Southern Style Chicken Est. 1872 around 12th Best, cleanest, and well run Dollar Tree across from West Memphis High (go Blue Devils). West Memphis PD is awesome. Visible and on point. Support the Many blessed things in Downtown. 8th St Thrift store/mission supports Many Homeless. Shop Big Star. Memphis Blues started here first. Love this town. Moving here from Delaware. Do not stay here. As many other reviews have said, the rooms are just filthy. We paid $92 to stay in a room with rusty lamps, mystery stains on the walls and ceiling, random trash and yuck under the sink, and a heat/ air unit that the front just literally fell off of in the middle of the night. This isn't one bad housekeeper. This is long-term neglect. I gave it 2 stars because it's convenient from the interstate, checking in and out was fast, and there's a clean new Exxon very close by. I've already contacted Wyndham corporate and sent them a dozen photos of my room. At this point, I'm just praying I didn't bring home bedbugs. Had we been staying more than just a few hours (11 pm to 5 am) to get some sleep after a long day of flying, we would have immediately gone to a different hotel.

It was an average hotel option. Fine for the price. My only complaint is that the area was noisy. Someone was sitting in their car right outside my room blasting their music and talking on the phone for 2 hours while I was trying to fall asleep. They left around midnight.

I wish I had the pictures I shared with staff. There was a chunk of flooring peeled up, the snake alarm was busted and dangling, bathroom was filthy and I wouldn’t use the shower. The floors were filthy; don’t walk without shoes.

The floor was not swept there were pubic hairs in the bathtub the microwave did not work and one of the wall sockets did not work also I stay here before me this time I was very disappointed

No elevator, I have extreme difficulty climbing stairs after MUCH PROMPTING. Your receptionist found a downstairs room that was difficult to get to, smelled bad and has a leaking sink. The dirctory on the room phone has not been updated since forever. I had to call 411 get the front desk.
