After several nights in a poor hotel, I needed a good place to rest. The price was excellent, and the service starts in the gorgeous lobby. Whoever runs this hotel cares about its appearance. The desk clerk was polite, even late at night, and everything was clean. The beds are firm & comfortable, and the chairs are sturdy. My only complaint was that the freezer needed defrosting, but everything else worked perfectly.

Front desk workers was friendly and helpful, housekeeping was friendly . I had a bad cold and didn't want to go to the store it was raining outside and I asked a lady walking down the hall if she had anything for a headache and she told me her sister was going to the store and they would pick me up something. I didn't know until later they was in housekeeping. Very nice and helpful

Very clean and great staff. Its close to so may places that you can walk if you dont have a vehicle. Very quiet!

I arrived at the property way before i was scheduled to check in but the property manager was extremely understanding and allowed me to check early. I appreciate it. Aside from the helpful staff, the rooms were made up and fairly clean. I would stay here again.

I had never stayed at an Econo Lodge. Very decent place to stay one or even longer. Much better than most “deals” out there.

It had bugs and no chairs to sit in. They wanted $20 dollars for early check in!

The staff was very friendly. I was greeted with smiles and a bottle of cold water as soon as I entered. I plan to stay there for an extended time in the near future until I find a place. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I love the way I was greeted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. House keeping does a fantastic job. It could use a face lift but then the price would go up so I say it's fine the way it is. The only thing I would like to see change is that no key is needed to enter the side doors. I plan to have extended stay in the near future until I find a place. So that tells you something. 🙂

There were dead bed bugs all over the floor. I also saw a roach. I would of gotten another hotel if it wasn't 2am when i got there. Yuck worst hotel experience ever.

The room was ok for a temporary stay but the atmosphere is horrible I would not recommend family’s or single women to stay here at all service was great but there is a lot of bad traffic all hours of the night and day n I did not feel safe at all with my children I wouldn’t allow them to go out of the room very unsafe n I would have moved if I could and get my refund so I had to deal with it willl not be coming back for sure!

The young man working the front desk in the late afternoon is fantastic. As a sincere compliment i told him I am back at Econo Lodge because of how he treats myself and other guest.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff was absolutely obnoxious in pecking on my door despite the DND sign.

This place was absolutely wonderful! Mary, the front desk lady, was very nice and accommodating. We were very shocked at the quality of service here. While it does look a little worse for wear, it was a great stay!! Room stayed nice and cool, bedding was great and the size of the room was perfect! The pillows were super nice! Definitely recommend this place!!!

Econo lodge has been a very pleasant experience. Friendly staff, very clean, private and an overall home like environment. The day and night time managers are the best in ardmore.

This was the worse stay ever first all when we got there room stunk blanket not the sheets smelt and looked like they had not been washed bathroom looked dirty. We tried to turn the tv on it didn’t work called front desk she said she would come look the cable box was gone she came and put one in and forgot to turn it so still no tv. It said on the web a swimming pool it’s been filled in said a microwave and fridge we didn’t have one. Told the manager the next morning she programmed the tv I said I noticed other rooms had a fridge and a microwave she all rooms and said are room doesn’t she said yes your right she went and got us one she tired. Bed had a sort of lose bar on the mattress I hit my leg it could my husband r I open. We moved the stand that’s between the bed it has stuff spilled under it was so nasty draws had crumbs all in it hairs. Also learned someone lived there for two years. Always people hanging around the door sitting outside by where we walked out. We didn’t feel safe at all they partied all in the rooms you could hear them getting loud and smell what smelt like drugs. This was so bad we checked out early Saturday we were supposed to stay till Sunday couldn’t take the smell uncomfortable beds any longer. Cost 168 good money though away was not worth it at all. Called to report lady would not stop till I excepted the points for my troubles started to only give me 3 when I said she kelp going up . I just will never go there again people wer nice b
