It was ok coulda been cleaner

The convenience of being able to walk to food and a store for small stuff if I like and the train system wasn’t that far from hotel either I just wish the curtains wasn’t so dirty other than that for the price it was great

It was a very good stay. Nothing to complain about. Sheets were clean. Close accessibility to different stores outside. Fronts lobby doors are locked past certain hours. Everything worked and had no issues.

Quiet place. Outdated hotel. Need renovation. Hidden coffee machine. When you find it no coffee or tea bags. Fridge is empty. No complementary water bottles. My room wasn’t made up after the first night. No cable TV channels. Only regular antenna that all channels are blurry.

The custome service at the desk is terrible. They are not friendly at all. The heat did not work in my room and I was extremly cold. I let the front desk know, and she put in a ticket for someone to fix it the next morning. No one came to fix it. I went back down to the desk the next day and let them know about me heat again. The guy there acted as if he didnt care. He eventually called someone to go up. Someone came less than 5 min, and he fixed the heat. One hour or 2 later it stopped working again. After that I was over it because I was checking out the next morning anyway. So all in all my stay was uncomfortable and cold! Poor service. Do better!

It was good they only compliant was the pot smoking at the entrance of the hotel in the designated smoking area. kids were hanging out there smoking pot. the pot smell was inside the hotel as well. in the elevator and the entranceway on our floor. I would definitely change the smoking area entering the building. the rooms were nice and clean.

I stayed several days and i got plenty of rest. My room was clean, comfortable, good climate. Like many others that stated that there was no soap. Thats true but it was a problem for me because i always traveled with my own toiletries. I had a frig, and microwave which was great since i was there more than 5days..my only issue. My AC unit rattled loud..the front wasnt attached properly. I didn't see a need to complain about it..i was able to sleep soundly.

This was a solo trip just to get away for a couple of days even though it was peaceful I believe they need to upgrade a few things in their rooms I’ve been going to this hotel for about 6 years and yet the TV is still operating on a tv with 5 basic channels amd the same tv from 09 and the picture was ashy the WiFi was wasn’t good at all so I had to watch everything on my phone and when it came to taking a bath I couldn’t because i wasn’t comfortable due to the bottom of the tub peeling. So showers only with low pressure water and not very hot

The phone in the room did not work. The batteries in the TV remit were corroded and did not work. There were no bathroom supplies and not even soap to wash hands. The ceiling by the elevator had peeled off paint to reveal a leak.

The room was spacious and very clean. Staff was polite and check in was easy. The only problem we had was the bed making some clanky noise like it was going to fall when we sat on it.

I've have never at a hotel that doesn't supply you with at least a small amount of toiletries. I had to walk in the rain for at last a shampoo and hand soap.

Felt like a two week stay started with 8 days then added 3 more nights you might can do the math but it’s amazing how times fly when you feel good and rested now I’m back ready for the world

Hotel staff was ok it’s just people live there beds are in terrible condition walls are gross. The bathroom wall had bubbles and just in bad shape. The price for my stay was great it’s just everything else is depressing.

The receptionist didn't wanna use the credit card for incidentals I purchased the room with because it was another person's credit card, and wasn't willing to help me find another way to pay for it. He wasn't friendly either. And the room stunk when I entered it.

Ran down, dingy and dated hotel. No dining or lounge amenities onsite. No longer has shuttle service to nearby Amtrak Station.

There was hardly anyone at the front desk. There was barely any wi-fi. There were phones in the room but they didn’t work. There was a piece of candy stuck to one of the towels indicating that the towel wasn’t clean! The tv remote had some type of substance stuck on it which means it hadn’t been wiped off in ages. The carpet was filthy! The hotel and rooms are in desperate need of upgrading and repair! U can tell it was a nice hotel at one point. All of this been reported many times before based on the reviews! Why ask for feedback if nothing has or will change!

It’s a nice and quiet place. I stayed a week and saw no problems. Didn’t have to worry about my car being towed or anything. Gas stations are near by and along with restaurants. There’s a papa John’s, hibachi, ihop, and a seafood place all around the place that’s in walking distance if you don’t have a car. I will say the only thing that sucked about this place is there is not a single microwave. So don’t bring leftovers unless you like it cold. If you have something that needs to be warmed up you’re out of luck. Other than that it’s a great place. Room service is excellent. The staff is nice and knew my name when I had to extend my trip. Very attentive and made me feel welcomed. Another downfall about staying here is they make you pay a $100 deposit that they hold until you leave. If you have to extend your trip you also have to pay another $100 deposit. I don’t think Expedia tells you that.
