The room had a large patched hole on the wall when you walk in that wasn't painted, and stains on the rug. Otherwise, comfortable.

The hotel is advertised as non smoking but noticed guest are smoking inside their room itself. Entire hotel smells weed. Everything in the room is very old and really needs a renovation. Only positive thing is the staffs at front desk is helpful.

The hotel is large with conference room, a large breakfast room. There is a staff member doing waffles in the morning. The room is spacious for my family of 5. The pool is shared with a swimming school. So only open for specific days Tuesdays -Thursday. The gym is out of order. Overall good stay, close to stores and American Dream Mall. Was a good stay.

The stay was pleasant, featuring an American breakfast with eggs, potato hash, and sausages, along with juices and coffee. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and there's a bus to Times Square, NY every 15-20 minutes right in front of the hotel. However, the bathroom in our suite had a minor leak under the sink, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere, making the shower experience less than ideal.

The facility needs to be upgraded, the building is unappealing, the lobby is okay and the rooms need new furniture. Our shower was terrible, it had a big piece of tape or something on the bottom of the tub that got water under it and caused the shower to be uneven. The side table in the living room was leaning, and all of the rooms are overdue for a fresh coat of paint.

I recommend the deluxe suite with city view and my family spent three nights and extended one more night. The best affordable hotel if you want to go to new york city without using your car, you can take the bus (nj transit) and the bus stop is right across the street.

I stay with my kids at this hotel in new jersey, because my kids wanted to go to American Dream, this hotel was great two queen beds , a sofa bed pullout chair, very spacious, clean , breakfast was good , pool was open in the nights when we returned to the hotel, so my kids went swimming water was nice and warm

La Quinta was not what I expected.. It was more like a motel instead of a hotel. Very out dated, run down, not well kept, and deserted.

We were welcomed warmly by Pedro as we entered and he proved to be full of helpful information. The hotel itself is not brand new, but clean and comes with a nice, hot breakfast. Bus across the street to take into NYC is another big plus. We've been here before and we'll be back again. Thank you Pedro for making us feel welcome!

Wyndam bathroom by the breakfast area smelled of urine.Paper towel dispenser wasn’t working. No amenities in our bathroom .One bar of soap. I was very disappointment in my stay . Even though it was for one night

There were a lot of factors that contributed to my rating of this particular hotel somewhere errors that the staff couldn’t do anything about, but should have done something. For instants, a family of five shouldn’t have to share three towels for the pool and the room because no more exist in the hotel. That’s an unreasonable ask for any guest who is spending $173 on a room Likewise, the times available for guess to use a pool shouldn’t have been limited as much as they were without some posting on the website explaining that on Saturdays, the British swimming group head full use from 7 to 3 There were positive moments such as the breakfast in the morning was quite nice, but did not make up for the value of having access to a heated pool during the winter time. As this particular, La Quinta is the only one in the area with a pool, please remember for the future your families will be coming to your establishment for justice reasons. Thank you.

The sheets were yellow, there was no soap in the bathroom, I ordered a meal by DoorDash and a hotel disaster never appeared. I don't recommend it.

We enjoyed being in the heart of New Jersey , location is everything . -The pool and gym were down our entire stay -no room service to make up our beds while we were gone - the plumbing was horrendous; the shower took forever to reach the desired temperature -the heater blew out cold air -couch had stains on it -bathroom mirror was cracked Would not recommend

I enjoyed the staff and that Is one reason I will definitely return for. Pedro at the front desk was amazing. I was here for my daughters birthday and it was a good stay. I felt safe and it was quiet. The place does need a update and cleaning but out side of that I will be back!

Property seems not to be well kept on certain floors. Ice machines don’t work. Phones don’t work. Strange smell maybe carpets. Pull out mattress from couch stained and dirty. No pillows available- no explanation just no. People screaming and smoking all night. We could smell it coming in either from next door or under us. We wouldn’t stay here again.

So the property is located right across from transit in to NYC, good breakfast options and the staff was lovely when they were located. The property is very dirty, room conditions very rundown, no cleaning of rooms during our stay and no cleaning ever in common areas. I would say if they just did a throughout clean and some maintenance it would be stellar.

The rooms were too dark on lighting. The carpets were disgusting. The toilet flush was broken. Half of the towels were extremely used and you could tell they were not even white any longer. There was one soap bar and one tiny shampoo enough. The staff was good and respectful. Breakfast was decent for a 3-star hotel.
