Just an overnight. Asked for gluten free for breakfast, night clerk told me it probably wasn’t safe. Fortunately there is a diner very close by, could walk. It was clean except rug looked pretty gnarly. Room was good size.

I liked the location and ease of getting to nearby stores and to the college. The hotel was very clean and it had a great breakfast bar! The only negative was the shower was cold.

Hi my wife and I stayed for one night. The room it self was very nice and extremely clean. These cleaning people know how to do their job. The breakfast was excellent all kinds of different choices highly recommend anyone to stay at a quality inn.

The room was nice and comfortable but we were assigned a room on the second floor, and there is no elevator. This is like one of the cheap motels where you have to drag your luggages up and down the stairs. This is unacceptable.

The check in and cleaning staff were very polite and friendly. Our room had enough towels, wash clothes etc. For our entire stay..We've stayed at more expensive hotels that have been much more stingy with towels, wash cloths and such but that wasn't the case here. The room seemed clean and we had no issues.

I had asked for an accessible room (I am handicapped) but they did not have one. Also, the second day my key would not work and I had to hobble around the building to get it fixed (all the doors require the key to enter). Otherwise, the room was nice and the breakfast was pretty good.

This establishment was comfortable, clean and in a good area. As a woman staying along I felt comfortable and safe. Front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful.

Our first room was fine at first however after the first night we noticed that everything in the room was damp. We were given a different room however we were moving rooms at 11 pm. There was no compensation for this. I ended up with 2 bills so I will be sorting that out now. Breakfast was limited.

Booked through hotels.com.Geneseo location.Awful experience-Rooms were clean but clientele was sketchy.I called the room at 2:45 am after listening to a bunch of men (who appeared to be homeless)& drunk making too much noise for 45 min. outside my room.They were cursing and yelling. I also don’t know if it’s because where my room was situated but all I heard was door slamming all hours of the night. I am so tired -I would have gotten better sleep in my car.Does this hotel have low income people living in it? People just hanging out and smoking outside. The last complaint was that the refrigerator was so loud I had to unplug. I want a refund!t

Turndown service in the room is unavailable. When I called for service on day 2, no one came.
I can appreciate no daily service. However, should I guest call and request service, I would assume the hotel would help. We didn't even want both beds remade, just 1.

Wasn't happy with the pillows in the room. Bed was fine but the pillows were way to small.
