Breakfast was terrible. Worst in my motel experience

Pretty good. The only thing stopping me from giving this place the full 10/10 is the fact that the only food vending machine they have in the lobby takes exact change. And when I mean exact change is exactly a 2 dollar bill because every item in said machine is 2 dollars. Try putting in a coin and the rest? Nope. Try a dollar? Nope. If its not exact, youre not getting anything from there

The entire facility smell like marijuana. No push cart to bring my luggage in. I had to carry all my stuff to 3rd floor in 3 trips. Have to use the entrance from Total Wine and drive around the back. Entrance was barricaded.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. When I arrived the in the room there was a door that go into the next room normally in any hotel that door is locked, but not mines so I asked for a new room. Once I got into the next room it was not bad at first but when I came back inside after watching a movie I noticed there was a pee smell coming from the bed, unfortunately whoever had the room prior peed in a spot on the bed but did not tell the cleaning crew so they could clean it properly. I discovered this at about 2am, but I was so tired I just slept at the bottom on the other side of the bed. My final straw was at 4:30am of my checkout date, I noticed a small mouse run past the heater/ac. I left immediately. Do not waste your money!

The first room they put us in, the shower ran on cold water only! The tub had a crack in it and the room stank! The heater on the wall kept making a horrible sound when it came on! The clock was broken (granted we have our cell phones to tell time! However if youre offering this service then make sure they work)!!
The second room had water damage to the ceiling.
Also thwre was homeless shelter for their local DSS. Had people.hanging at the front doors smoking joints.

The carpet in the room was very dirty, there are roaches in the room, water wasn’t running out of bath tub, welcome coffee was extremely cold, breakfast menu poor, room was attended to once during 4 nights stay after requesting twice, WiFi terrible, smell of weed( marijuana) heavy in corridor

This is a non smoking hotel , I couldn’t stay because of terrible smell of smoking (weed and cigarettes), and never use this hotel again

The hotel tried to charge my card multiple times before I even got there to check in. The bathroom light, one lamp & a socket didn’t work. The bathroom door had holes & barely closed

The area around the property is under construction so that would contribute to the noise and dirt. However, the hotel had young people outside smoking weed that you could smell entering the front of the building. Also, found several mystery bugs in our shower that could have come from anywhere. Just not a pleasant stay that day.

Room was ok and front desk staff was great but entire building, lobby, elevator, hallways smelled heavily of marijuana smoke. I was with a child and it was terrible having him exposed to this. I would not stay here again.

Help no showed so no breakfast, no adjustment to bill or apology. Wet bath towels removed with room cleaning no fresh ones left. Construction at entrance, difficult to see on arrival in the dark. Elevator floor indicators inop.

I did not like anything about this hotel. I opened my room door to finding roaches in my bathroom sink. I walked right out and demanded a refund!

This Comfort Inn was dark and dirty. The lobby area chairs were dirty to sit on. The smell of the motel was not freshThe handicap ramp was made of cardboard. My family and I ignored the red flags and still checked-in.
In rooms 208 and 210 both had roaches crawling in the sink along with black stripes of dirt in the tub. The hall ceiling had repeated water spots as we walk down the Corridor.
This Comfort Inn was a ABSOLUTE NO and should be taken off Expedia‘s website

We were very happy staying her. Entrance is right after the big building that says Wine.

I can’t believe this is a real hotel. Everything was filthy. Shampoo/soap previously used. Broken pictures on wall. Furniture did not fit in room. We slept with all lights on because we were afraid the roaches would come out at night. Front desk guy spoke in grunts. The ladies that ran the breakfast were nice though.

There was mold and the bathroom was filthy in the first room we were offered. The second room had unknown bugs and the bathroom lights kept going out. Poor ventilation so bad it just felt humid in the room. No matter what temp we tried to make the room. Front desk staff had horrible service. The maintenance crew was very nice and tried to assist as much as possible. Close to total wine which is the only thing that helped with the stay.

There was a mouse in my room!!! When I told the front desk they didn’t seem surprised and while I’m happy they switched my room I am still concerned as to how it got in there and why it wasn’t immediately taken care of. Also, the back doors are often propped open allowing anyone to walk in and have access to the elevators.

It was a good spot to stay. It was close to where and what we had to do in Towson, MD.

We didn’t stay and I’m currently waiting for a refund. No air conditioner, bed was not the right size abd in the second room the lock was broken. Person at front desk was not interested in helping us so I said we are leaving. I have a small child (3) and this is not safe.

I came for a business meeting didn’t arrive in until 2am once I checked into my room turned on the lights in the bathroom seen 2 baby roaches the next day nobody came to clean my room never again.

Housekeeping only cleans rooms once every 3 days, they didn’t even want to give us new towels and wash cloths, I had to call the front desk and go downstairs several times before they would give us clean items. I questioned the reason for cleaning a room every 3 days if a guest checked out within those 3 days, I was told they would refresh for new guest but not clean clean until the 3rd day
