Hyatt Regency Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were wonderful. The shower was perfect and the towels where soft and smelled so clean. This was my second stay this year and I plan on staying every time I'm on Long Island, New York and elsewhere. I decided to become a member of the Hyatt Global Loyalty program, which will give me lovely perks, including free breakfast (see additional perks on Google).

I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and I have to say that this is a unique opportunity for me to sing the praises of a gentleman and scholar; his name is Jose Lopez and is the chief engineer of the property. I’m sure it is not often to hear about someone behind the scenes. Jose exuded the traits of a top tier management position as he was intelligent, compassionate and committed to excellence. He was immediately able to rectify an issue I had and ensure my stay at the property was one that would make my family happy.
The back of the house and those who put the heads in beds housekeeping manager Mr. Polanco, part of his team Maria Garcia housekeeping as one learns in hospitality school are also the unsung heroes of the industry where a property cannot function without excellence.

The location was excellent. Beautiful place with a lot to offer for each individual needs.
Rooms were spacious and clean. I highly recommend this property.
