Don't stay if you can help it, pay a little extra to stay somewhere better. The hotel lobby was decent and the front lady was ok. Aside from that, everything else was terrible. From cleanliness, comfort, food, all were bad. I'm not sure if I ever will stay at La Quinta after this stay.

When you called the automated says it’s been renovated! Make you think they renovated the whole hotel. That would be a no. My door to my room look like it was broken into at one time. You could literally see almost the outside from the bed. Sheets had stains on it. Pillows were flat! Only provided one bath cloth even though they knew two people were in the room! I had to literally go to Walmart to buy bath cloths. They had no more in the hotel to provide. The elevator was so raggedy!!!!! They had dogs in the lobby like it was the chill spot. When you pull up in the daytime you can see from the outside the screens on some of the hotel rooms were ripped. You can tell it’s the hot spot for people to hand because it noisy all night long. The staff were sweet but I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend anyone else to stay if they from outside of town. The pictures are definitely deceiving. I honestly should have taken pictures but it was a never again experience. Stay at your own risk.

The whole hotel was smelling of weed/marijuana. The room allotted to us was not even cleaned. When we entered the room, the bed and comforter was used, bathroom towels were used and wet. We immediately walked out and went to the reception. We were moved to another room, which was ok. However, it had only one bath towel and one face towel. We requested for more, and were told they will send the towels to the room in 20 mins. We waited for an hour, but they had no staff to send. So, we went to the reception again and got the towels ourselves. Only good thing about the stay was the morning breakfast, we liked it.

The front desk employee Diana was so helpful and pleasant, she answered all of my questions and made my daughter's day with their interactions. The hotel is nice, clean for the most part, housekeeping could be better for guest that stay for longer than a day. Breakfast was good, nice selection to choose from

Our electricity went out at home so we had to get a hotel for that night when we got there she gave us the key to our room and the first room was dirty. It was already slept in and wet towels were on top of the toilet so we had to go back downstairs with My Husband and Son, and carry all our stuff back to get a new room After getting a key to the new room the only thing that was clean was the beds which was fine we were so tired we just wanted to sleep. We had to wash up at the sink because the shower still has soap scum all in it, and it was gross Found pieces of paper on the floor around the sink and found open cutlery inside of the drawer so the next morning when we went downstairs, we checked out early in the morning went to go get breakfast and it seemed like everybody else polled their plate so there’s no food Except muffins for my son who is five years old I did let them know that morning about the second room that I got and they told me OK I apologize are just gonna have to speak to the manager tomorrow. She’s not here. I don’t know what happened but things change this place is dirty And disgusting and they do not care about it.

The room was not clean, there was hair which wasn’t mine on the bed and in the shower. There was feces in the bathroom by the toilet paper roll. I literally used a Clorox wipe to clean it off, so I was confused why housekeeping couldn’t do the same. They had the nerve to ask for 100 deposit.

They charged us an extra $100.00 when we checked in. They said that they would reverse the charge on our credit card. They have yet to reimburse us. This charge is for damages they said that may occur to the room. There are no damages of course. We left it clean and neat. Still we have not received our deposit back on the credit card.

I couldn't drive home and needed to spend the night in the area. Booking was very easy and the rate was very affordable. My room was super clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great.

Staff were extremely inattentive and slow. The entire hotel reeks of weed and cleaning supplies. The location was extremely sketchy with a giant chain link fence around an empty parking lot next door. My neighboring room told me she found a dead rodent in her shower.

There was mold in the corner of the shower! The kitchen Staff was not pleasant! It smelled like Garlic and fabuloso in the lobby and elevator. I will never go back to another LaQuinta Hotel! The yellow chair in my room was stained. I will pay more for better quality!

We had a small problem with roaches during out stay and they had to move my son to another room, which also had an issue. They did give me a small credit for the inconvenience. The staff was really nice and the manager was very apologetic. Hopefully they can get that resolved.

Upon check-in the woman at the counter was miserable. People had dogs/cats with them.
One person was in the lobby holding a uncleaned litter box. This place was dirty and the bed was like sleeping on plywood. The shower had someone elses hair on the wall. People partying all night and someone was banging on doors running up and down the hallway. I only slept for abou 3 hours and decided to check out early. I do not recommend this place.

This property was horribly maintained and extremely dirty. We were moved to a second room at midnight that was not any cleaner but had no choice but to stay the night at that point . There was extreme smoking of pot throughout the property. The shower was backed up and filthy. The floors were sticky and covered with pet hair. The door handles were falling off and the locks didn’t work, and there were bugs in our room and stained pillows.
The hotel would not refund our money after multiple complaints during our brief stay. Would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances

Upon check in, sheets & pillowcases were dirty. I requested clean ones. The hotel staff would only agree to change the pillowcases.
On the 1st night of our stay there was loud music until late into the night. I also found bugs in the sink multiple times throughout the night.
Side doors don't work with room keys so the hotel puts rocks in the doors so that people can get inside the building. This was confirmed by staff employee.
Our second day (thanksgiving day), we left the hotel to spend time with family.
When we returned to the hotel, we were unable to get inside the hotel through any of the entrances. Once hotel staff let us in the building, we were told that the cops were called (and had left minutes before) to the hotel and all entrances to the hotel were locked after a threat was presented to the hotel on thanksgiving evening.
Once we got back into our room (after requesting a new room key because ours stopped working for the SECOND time), we found many bugs crawling all over our suitcase, the walls, the furniture, everywhere absolutely disgusting.
I brought the issue up to the front desk and informed them that I was not interested in switching rooms because earlier that day I had visited family members in 2 other rooms that also had bugs. I requested a refund & check out immediately. I was told the manager, Monique would call me the following morning to rectify. I haven’t heard from her nor have I been able to get this resolved by calling the hotel or Expedia

The staff seemed uninterested and unconcerned. It sounded as if they were making things up as they went along. There was a sign in the elevator that stated they didn’t have housekeeping due to Thanksgiving holiday and if we needed anything to call the front desk and they would accommodate. That didn’t happen they barely wanted to answer the phone at the front desk, and we were told that we could only get one towel that was in the room when there were three people in the room. The elevator sounded as if it would break down any minute. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for. I personally did not have any issues with the cleanliness of the rooms. Although they could have done a little bit more deep cleaning.

It was my first time staying at a Laquinta and I was not impressed. For the first time EVER did I reserve a king room at a hotel, but was given a queen room instead without any apologies. I was simply told they were out of king rooms. When I demanded for a price change, they simply asked me to speak with Expedia.
The rooms were small. Other than that, their acilities were good. The breakfast was very good and the gym was nice too.

The parking area had a fenced off section that looked in disrepair. No additional elevator and no optional blanket or trash pails and the Cable TV service in the room was poor but everything else satisfactorily met our expectations.
