I visit the queen's most years when I attend the Leeds carnival. They never let me down, wether it's been 1 year or 3 they welcome me back like an old friend. The staff are amazing, so patient and happy to help. Extra kudos this year as the remodeling is incredible. Really updated the look whilst keeping the history. Nice addition with the hotel card via app although I'm old school so I still need a physical room key. Breakfast was outstanding although the bacon wasn't great. But the choice was great, and nothing was too much trouble. This was my partner's fire time and even he was impressed. Thanks for having me, I can't wait to come back!
