We came as a family and needed room side by side and that was not a problem at all. Staff was extremely friendly breakfast was amazing and the entire trip was great

This hotel was nice and the public areas were clean, however there was hair all over our bathroom. Several pieces in the tub, then additional hair laying all over the floor. And long strands of hair like someone cleaned out a hairbrush and threw it on the floor. I'm not sure if it stuck to a rag while they were cleaning but it was pretty disgusting. The only reason I did not request a different room, which in all fairness, I did not, was because I was traveling with two small children. I did clean all the hair by myself. Their breakfast was nice though.

We have stayed here alot, going to visit our family. Its nice since the new updates inside and out. Great job, it really needed it. We enjoy staying now, and will continue. Over all its the best hotel in this area, we've tried several over the years.

At check in was told they didn’t have a room. Even though I booked on line and had been charged for the room. Finally found a room. Got to the room long 8 hour drive need to use the bathroom no toilet paper. The next morning got in the shower no shampoo, yes I use what the hotel provides for short trips. No one took out our trash so both cans full no clean towels provided had to ask when I asked for more shampoo. I expected more from Hampton.

Just for info: they will cancel your booking if you come in late if you booked with a card you are not planning on paying with. I don't always know which card will have money on it so I use what I need to at the time. I got in late and they had called, which is great if you are able to take the call. Luckily there was still a room left so I only had to pay a little more. But just as a BTW, if you're coming in late, call or go ahead and give the card you're going to use. :) The person working the front desk was so patient and friendly that I couldn't get too mad. It worked out but she made the difference. She explained their policy in a friendly way and even though I was tired and annoyed, she helped me by being understanding. The hotel was clean, room was great, bed was great, shower was great, and it was quiet on a Friday night which was extra great! Oh, and the TV options were great!

The entire stay was great along with the staff they were nice and friendly! Checking in was a SUPER GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR ME! The complimentary chocolate chip cookies were super delicious they were baked by the staff and breakfast was good! Will most definitely stay here again!

The desk clerk was very helpful accommodating my handicapped husband. A bit confusing finding entrance to hotel. Comfortable bed and very nice clean room.

This property is fairly new (rating for the appearance was due to unfinished landscaping). The hotel and rooms are very clean, and the staff was friendly. Property is very close to shopping and restaurants. A nice Riverwalk is accessible near the property.

Relatively new Hampton Inn. Access from public roadway was not inviting, but once in the real parking area, confusion faded. Maybe a sign or three to direct a new guest through the gyrations? Staff was always friendly and engaging from desk to cleaning service through breakfast. Excellent bed. Bathroom was nice except for getting in and out. 45 degree door on the corner limits ability to easily access all the fixtures. Can't imagine some folks can shower without falling over the toilet getting into the shower. This is an design issue, and does not detract from excellent staff.

The room was clean & well stocked with towels, etc. But the beds were like sleeping on a concrete slab! I slept most of the night sitting up against the headboard. My back hurt so bad after an hour. I had to drive 3 hours home in absolute misery! I’ll be making a trip to the chiropractor first thing in the morning! The staff was excellent & have a good breakfast.

Hotel is in middle of a remodel. Was fairly clean, but did not have expected breakfast, only very limited selection they brought to the room in a small sack, for 3 people. Fitness and workout rooms were closed due to remodel. None of that was listed on the site when we booked. Check in clerk was very nice and attentive. Room was nice and in very nice condition.

Drive up to the hotel and there was fencing all around, the sign said to enter Thru the pool area.. went in, the girl who was nice said, excuse the mess we’re remodeling, but floors 2-3 are open, we thought about changing hotels but there were no others in the area. She did show us a room and since all we needed was a place to sleep for the night we decided to stay. Got in the room which was clean and newly renovated. The bathroom was extremely small but clean, all the usual hotel condiments were there. The bed was comfortable. But all we needed was to sleep as we had been driving already for 12 hours that day and needed to rest for the next 6 hour drive home. There was also no Wi-Fi. The place had plenty of people there Our one main concern was several of the smoke alarms were not operating, no lights on them, but I guess they had enough just in case.

Upon arrival staff was friendly; however, we were informed construction was going on and that it’d end at 7pm so we had no prob with that. After coming to the room (around 6pm) we didn’t hear any noise so it seemed to us that construction may have been just an outside project. On Saturday morning we were awakened by construction outside of our room and by loud construction from the room directly above us. We did not know that construction would be going on at 8am on a Saturday, we didn’t realize that our room was directly beside the elevator that was also being serviced and the staff just told us that Expedia was supposed to have informed us of the construction. Whether it’s the fault of Expedia or Hampton Inn, I don’t know but usually travelers need sleep if driving. We had a long night overnight so now this unexpected lack of sleep before getting back on the road is stressing me out. Smh I’ve NEVER had a bad experience with a Hampton Inn and I’ve been traveling for over a decade. Expedia, Hampton Inn, a resolution or customer service to resolve our distress would be the right thing to do.

Had no microwave or refrigerator in room for the price i paid not satisfied. Couldn't have any cold drinks or warm up food. Other than that ok.
