Iwas told I had to go to the front desk to get a breakfast coupon so I did.
The clerk at the front desk didn't seem to know what I was talking about. Then he started to check the computer with a gesture out of of suspicion. I have to wait a while feeling like I did something wrong that I might not get a breakfast this time.
Eventually he had to ask his colleague beside him to find the spot saying the breakfast was included and handed me a card for breakfast.

Fantastic location, next to metro station. Lots of food places around, very safe. Gym is spacious and well equipped. Staff is helpful but front desk isn’t friendly. Rarely smell or acknowledge the guests. Breakfast isn’t popular, probably too pricey and too many options around. The room on West side May be a tad noisy due to construction.

Staff was very friendly and location was fantastic. Place was comfortable: not ultra fancy, but more than adequate for our needs. I was annoyed that the lights for the restrooms in the ballroom /common areas were on a sensor/timer, and that the signaling sensor was right near the door, so the lights would go out if someone was using the bathroom/toilet, and they would have no way to turn them back on again.

This hotel is super close to the metro and we found a great deal on Hotels.com. Staff was friendly and I honestly have no complaints.

Pretty much we like everything about the hotel, except that our bed sheets were not replaced. Hey but it was good enough!!

The staff were very nice as I interacted with them.
Cleaning service was declined since it was a short stay but they cleaned anyway.
The ice machine on my floor was not there and yet there was no sign to indicate that until you walked past the area where the ice machine should be been.
When I ordered delivery, the front desk didn't notify me it was there. I had to call down to see if it was delivered so by the time I got it, it was cold and not at all appetizing. The staff were busy but it would have been nice to receive a call.

This hotel was really basic. I booked here because I had reservations to take my boyfriend to Morton’s for his birthday and it’s connected to the restaurant. However, the upscale restaurant paired with a hotel that’s not luxury or top notch is mind blowing. The heater was thee most loudest thing I have ever heard. The cleaning people don’t even do a good so much dust. I’m really disappointed. This was my first time sleeping at a Hyatt and I will never do it again.

Our visit to the Hyatt is always a good one. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is immaculate. Anytime we request something, it is brought to us quickly. The beds are very comfortable. Also, Morton’s is a great restaurant.

There was a sewer gas smell in the hallway that penetrated our room. I explained this at the front desk and a maintenance worker who happened to be passing by said “I didn’t smell anything.” Sewer gas is a health hazard causing headaches, nausea, dizziness. The front desk staff was luckily apologetic for his unprofessional behavior.

I don’t like that Hyatt didn’t disclose breakfast is nothing but Starbucks voucher. I might not choose hyatt if this information is disclosed.

Did not like the fact that there is no dining/room service sponsored by hotel and the limited dining options on property were all closed during the holidays, including starbucks
Maid service was disappointing, left garbage, did not replace sugar packets which were all used up, dirty towels not removed, etc.

Finally a hotel that gets it! It was nice, elegant, and comfortable. It also helps that the bathroom has a door with a lock.

Great hotel, with amazing front desk and customer service! Bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel accommodations came with a crib, and room was close to the elevator which was awesome with 2 kids under 2.

I was surprised that the large room with double beds was really not very comfortable. If you wanted to watch tv the only way to do that was to sit on the beds. There was a couch of sorts, that was hard and angular, no way to get comfortable on it for reading or lounging. The bathroom was typical and without the modern type of higher toilet that' s important for those with arthritis, etc.
There was no coffee or tea setup, probably to send business to Starbucks in the lobby, where I got a not fully baked lump of dough shaped like a bagel and not at all toasted though it was supposed to be, served with frozen butter cubes.
Parking here is not quite a nightmare, but a bad dream of trying to figure out where you're supposed to aim your car in a vast underground labyrinth and through sharp turns in which you have to be sure you've got enough angle to avoid scraping your sides. Two separate elevator rides to get from parking to your room. A complicated formula for figuring out how you're paying for it - each time for in and out, or flat fee for 24 hours.
Someplace else for us next time.

It was a busy Saturday night when we arrived, so we went straight to the garage. It was a bit awkward cutting through the ballroom to get to the lobby — was that a bar mitzvah or a wedding reception — but the check-in was quick and courteous. Despite all the activity and the proximity to the elevator, our room was quiet. We are refreshed for the long drive ahead.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. I know Morton’s is not hotel owned, but they decided to close early on a Sunday, like iver 2 hours early. The food offered for purchase in the lobby is abysmal. I am diabetic and could neither eat nor drink what was being sold. There were no diet drinks. Starbucks, in the lobby, also closes very early. We were able to find excellent food across the street at a hotel where we have stayed before and knew about. The desk clerk knew only about Chipotle and not about 5 other walkable restaurants.this lack of knowledge, early unbounded Morton’s closure, and the expensive food of low quality unsuitable for anyone but stoned teenagers makes me convinced this is not our hotel. It is a shame because the hotel is very nice in all other respects.
