I ordered a smoke-free room and was put into a room, that was so rank of smell and the chair was nasty it needed to be removed. I called the desk and told the lady I wanted another room, She put us into another room, which was nice. Would I stay again ( yes ) if I got the right room?

Room was dirty . Wet hand towel in sink with hair all around . Floor has like cereal on it . Dirt and whatever . Said non smoking but smelt of smoke and cigarette burns on bedding . Shall I go on . Microwave didn’t work . Hair dryer didn’t work . Honestly if just was clean and sanitary . That’s all I want . Clean . Sweep and freaking mop . Spray disinfectant. All would of been good . Just a nasty ass place .

Spider webs was everywhere, dusty, trash under the microwave, ashes or something behind the tv, the telephone didn’t work & couldn’t use the remote control to turn on the tv. Whoever cleans the room didn’t do a good job! I even purchased a suite but wasn’t nothing suite about the room! It was only spacious! The room was pose to be a smoking room but somehow Sunday I ran into the little sign that says the room was nonsmoking! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

Horrible made my flush crawl ,my first room hadn’t been cleaned smelt like weed, my second room wasn’t cleaned, they had only one person cleaning the rooms, they wouldn’t refund me my money, third room was damp, everything was sweaty, smelt like mildew, floors slippery, no back on the remote control, door wouldn’t closed properly I slept with a chair against it, my last day two of the tv channels went green. The only positive thing about this dump was the young lady that checked me in she was so nice

The rooms were gross there was old soap from previous guests the mildew smell could stop you I. Your tracks when you walk in.my daughter in law and sons room had mold all over the floor under the mini fridge and our also had remnants on the floor under our mini fridge that they tried to clean. Even mold in our garbage cans. My daughter walked on the floors barefooted and her feet were black within 15-30 minutes. Also had a plug in not even secured to the wall.

The hotel needs some upkeep. Lots of peeling paint and rust. The floor in the room was filthy. Like turn your feet black filthy. The TV is broken. Plus side…The beds were comfy and the room is large. Definitely needs more cleaning.

I like that it was cheap, but cheap shouldn't mean food wrappers and hairs found in bed and behind end tables. It shouldn't mean the floor is stick and turns your feet black. It was obvious that this room was not cleaned in the slightest between uses. It smelled like cigarettes when we first entered. People smoked pot and cigarettes around us for the duration of our stay. Would have been a nice room if not for the cleanliness.

Towels were dirty and stained. Mirrors were stained. Walls were stained. Bed was uncomfortable, blanket has cigarette holes and stains and pillows were literally balls. Shower water was cold and shower pad was molded. Area was sketchy.

This hotel was not safe. Looked to have criminal activity around it and people playing loud music in the parking lot. I requested a refund from Expedia. The hotel refused and said they offered another room. They lied. It didn't happen. Do not stay here.

Smoke alarm was beeping when entering the room. Went to front desk and told lady said she would have it fixed right away. Left came back 2.5 hours later still not fixed. Wouldn’t refund my money. Swapped to a handicapped room that had a dehumidifier in when I entered. Was in the room no longer than 10 minutes and started to sneeze constantly,So I packed up and left.

I enjoyed my stay. It was all clean and could smell freshness on linen. However, the breakfast is no breakfast. Had cereal, but no milk. Had 1/2 loaf bread out and peanut butter. That was it. Not acceptable

We checked in about 11 PM, and the night attendant was friendly and helpful. The room was fine. The floor in the room isn't carpeted, and I did notice that it could have used vacuuming. It wasn't especially dirty, but it wasn't as clean as I would have liked it, either. Otherwise, the room was fine. The bed wasn't uncomfortable to me, and I do have a sensitive back. No complaints with that. I would stay here again if the rate was that much cheaper that the hotels around it as it was on this particular night.

I booked a room through the Expedia app; while trying to check-in, the manager Dee asked me if I needed a handicap room because I booked a King Accessible room. Caught off guard, I said no. She proceeded to ask me if myself or the other adult I was with were handicapped. She had absolutely no right to ask me these questions, so I was shocked. I told her I just wanted the room that I booked through the app. She told me it would be $27 to change into a different room since she didn’t think I needed the Accessible room. I denied paying the extra fee because I just wanted the room that I booked through the app & I didn’t feel comfortable giving her details about my partner being handicap. She refused to give me a hotel key. The room was paid for & I was denied access because Manager Dee felt as though she could determine what room I qualified for.

We stayed there for 3 days and during our stay. We never received maid services I inform housekeeping that we were going out and I would like my room clean. We we return that room had not been clean. This was the worst hotel stay that I ever had.
