The room was very clean. The lobby was appealing when we entered. The attendant wa fairly accommodating but a bit different to understand clearly. The “breakfast” was minimal. We appreciated that it was right off of the interstate as we were heading to Galveston.

I broke a rule by smoking in my room cuz it was snowing and freezing outside so i opened window and smoked. The manager asked if i smoked so i told him the truth.i was cursed out and made to leave after the first night. He kept 100 deposit and refused to refund the remaining balance. So basically stole about 600.00 from me so "NO I DONT RECCOMEND STAYING AT THIS LOCATION AND I HOPE THE OWNER SEES THIS AND FIRES THAT MAN AND REFUNDS MY MONEY AND MAKES IT RIGHT'

Management needs to ensure rooms are properly cleaned prior to visitors arriving. Management needs to let cleaning crew know there are people sleeping during the morning hours so less noise or no noise at all is key. They were excessively loud in the morning while talking. It was very unprofessional.

I ask for a quiet room and was put on the 1st floor noisy half of the night. Also took the cart to put my luggage on was in my room front desk kept bugging me to return it immediately or he would charge me the 50.00 dollars deposit totally unacceptable

I enjoyed staying here. Our room was clean and nice. The only downside that our air conditioning wasn’t working great, and kept turning off. But besides that, I would recommend this hotel!

Only complaint I have is the area behind property that is used for pet relief. There is ALOT of dog feces left on the ground. This is not only unappealing, as walking through there is close to impossible without stepping on poop, it promotes bacteria growth, health hazards and welcomes other problems. The area sits in between two hotels (Quality Inn and Studio 6), if you have a room looking out to this green space, you cant help but see poop!

First room AC didn't work, second room there was water all over the floor from condensation from the AC that they expected us to clean up. Refrigerator had water all underneath it. Bathroom door - couldn't get out of the bathroom and the entire door just fell down. Light sockets hanging down. Sheet and bedspread were definitely not washed. Disgusting.

Late check in and early meetings . The shower does not come on at all . The bathroom is dirty . Room is right across the stairs door and it slams every few minutes. The air conditioner works good

There were small flying bugs in the bathroom upon arrival. My room was next to the side entrance that had an overflowing trash can. There was a dying roach on the bathroom floor the next morning. The room, which especially the bathroom, had a foul smell. The lobby upgrades look nice, but the rooms could use some redesign.

The staff was courteous and helpful. I was able to check in and out without problems. The room was air conditioned, with a comfortable bed, a hot shower, good lighting, and toiletries. There was daily maid service. The hotel was within walking distance of basic amenities, including a convenience store, a church, dining options, and the convention center which was the reason for my stay.

Was a terrible experience . I had booked the hotel for the weekend of my son’s soccer game. My wife was going to show up first to check in. The owner told her that she could not check in for us. And he told us that the room would be none refundable. He refused to help us in any way. Telling her that the person the hotel is under is the person that needs to be there to check in.

It was good for the price but had some issues. The had three rooms booked. The first night one of our rooms needed two extra blankets. They were told by the front desk that in the entire hotel they only had one extra blanket. They ended up having to borrow off of the extra beds in the other two rooms we had. Then another day (we stayed 5 nights) they asked for extra towels…again they were told they could get ONE from the front desk or they needed to ask the cleaning staff. They asked the cleaning staff and they were rude about it. Last thing is the free continental breakfast. It is very nice for them to offer this but it needs to be a variety of stuff each day…not the exact same items every single day. It’s fine for people that stay a day or two but not for people who stay a little longer. The beds were also very hard but the blankets were very soft and warm for me.

I didn't know what to expect because it's a Comfort Inn and sometimes it can be hit or miss but this one is very clean and the staff is professional.
