I want a refund I woke up to ants everywhere and not to mention the first room they gave me wasn't clean

I paid $50 for early check-in at 11:00am. I arrived at 11:00 and they said no rooms were ready and to come back later. I told them I wanted that credited back or change it to $25 for early check-in at 1:00. I came back at even 2:00pm and they still charged me $50. They still haven't credited me back my $50. Burdensome to carry bags and items in, at 11:00am only to haul them back to the car.

I called the night before to ask about an earlier check in. I wanted 2 instead of 3 and was told it should be no problem. I called the day of and was told they were still cleaning. We had to check in after ball games late and the floor was still dirty and there was red sticky stuff on the night stand.

If you don’t mind smelling cigarette and marijuana smoke all night. Having a roach crawl on you and you shower still not draining until the morning..then this is the place for you! We barely slept because of all the smoke smells and then waking up to a roach crawling on you was the icing on top of the cake. We told the girl at the front desk and she could seem to care less. We will be calling corporate. We do not recommend staying here.

Bed was amazing and so was the shower. My only complaint is that food from previous guest was left in the refrigerator and the hold on my card for $50 was not immediately released.

Hotel is nice; however the reception staff is extremely slow and don’t seem to be motivated to do better. Would stay elsewhere next trip.

Upon entering it didn't seem so bad. Once in the room, I noticed the fitted bed sheet was put on inside out and incorrectly, therefore it kept slipping off the bed. Then our key cards stopped working multiple times; when I went to the front desk to have them redone, they checked my name and room number, but were not taking the same precautions with other guests while remaking their keycards. Also it took waiting 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to actually remake the card because both of them stopped working. Our room was never serviced, thus the fitted bed sheet continually slipping off the corners. We stay in this area approx once per month, however, this first time staying there will also be the last.

Clerk at front was great - very courteous but seemed like a long shift for him by himself. The bed was good; clean sheets and clean towels but the carpet and furnishing were below par. The entire building needs new carpet and the upholstered chair in our room was disgusting. Hopefully this review makes it to Corporate. The first floor ice machine was out of order and the snack pantry was dismal. No adding the items to your bill either- cash only.

There was a shooting 2 rooms down. The hotel required me to pay up front for the entire week then checked me out 2 days into our stay. It took almost 2 hours to get back ino our room. They were litterly not allowing us to get our stuff and attempting to give the room to a customer trying to check in... night 4 the hotel staff wa scleaning at 9pm yelling down the halls to each other. People travel the halls banging on doors all hours of the night. Staff did absolutely nothing about it and yelled at me when i complained

After checking in my bed had no sheets and the hallway to the room smelled of cat pee. The night clerk was very helpful and got me another room. The room was much better except I would have to get my key card programmed every time to get in the room. I did meet he maintenance guy and he was able to fix the key card problem. The bathroom sink leaked and made a rhythmic drip sound, that was only slightly annoying. The front parking lot had trash strewn about and someone puked next to my vehicle during the night. The lady that worked during the day was very hard to understand what she was saying because her english was very bad. At one point there was several children on the floor playing in a hallway. The breakfast was decent, and the inside was kept clean. This hotel was more expensive than all the others in the immediate area, yet not worth the extra money.

The bathroom, sink, bedding, kitchenette area spotless. Bed was comfy. There were a LOT of stains on the carpet, but it had obviously been swept. Stain on lampshade too. The cushions were missing from the sofa- we told them not to bother finding them as we were only in the room for sleeping. Front desk offered to change our room after we told them about stains and missing cushions but we were a very late arrival and were not going to be in the room except to sleep. The breakfast was stocked, hot and the staff stocking were very helpful and polite. We would return to this hotel and give them another chance to show us a non stained carpet!

Not a bad hotel. One of female night clerks does not know her job. I walked up and she continued texting on her phone. I ask for a tv remote as mine was not working. She acted like she had no clue. She didn't even check one draw. Next morning a different clerk reached into draw and handed me a working remote.

We arrived at check in and were given keys to a room that had not been cleaned yet. The second attempt they gave us keys to an occupied room. It took a third attempt and many elevator rides before we got to our room. The property had a lot of strong smells covered up by heavy chemical cleaners and the odors gave me a headache.

Sad and terrible. Total disrespect. Disappointed and dejected. I was put it room still occupied and walked in on a couple in the hotel. They had to follow me bare foot to explain to front desk. Burnt smells in the hallway. It was a sad and terrible experience. Staff were outside smoking outside looking at customers waiting for them at the front desk.

Staff were polite and helpful but the room was disgusting. The carpet had several stains. The bathroom was covered in someone else's hair. The outside of the hotel looked very nice so I was not expecting the room to be so nasty.

We checked in right aournd 3pm. Rm 401..HBC Suite, the hotel looke a lot better on the outside than it was on the inside. Looks very old and needs updates. The lady at checking seemed like she was aggravated about having to do her job. Short answers and hard to hear. Get to the room and as soon as we open the door and super strong smell of Lemon is all you smelled. Like trying to cover something it was so strong. There was somewhat of a kitchette, and refrigerator. Tiny desk with chair. The was also another chair in the room which NO WAY IN HELL would anyone want to sit on it. The stains on it looked something reddish brown on a blue chair, plus the chair was so work the cover was wrinkled since the cushion wouldn't even fill it. TV was fine. Now it was a King size bed. Ok great. NOPE it is so worn as soon as we laid down immediately was falling to the middle. Had to sleep way on the outside to keep it from happening. Also has a lean where head was down with feet up. And 3 of the flatist pillows I have ever seen. Sink was just normal nothing to really talk about. Now the tub.. there was Hair all over it, no not mine. It was all over the floor as well. Eew. I love baths esp. When traveling since I only have a shower and I wouldnt even attempt it there. The door and toilet are so close you can't close the door unless your super close to the tub to get the door around you. There was paint coming off the walls. Just so unclean.

When I arrived they said they were overbooked and didn’t have a room. There were three other families in the lobby with the same problem. After an hour and a half, they got us a room, without a duvet because they were out. The room wasn’t clean - there was dirt smudges on the nightstand, the carpet and furniture were badly stained. The hallway carpet needed vacuuming as well. The mattress was in poor condition and sank down in the middle. It was in a good location with many places to eat nearby.

The hotel was fine, not great but good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My one major problem (not sure if it was hotel or hotel.com) , we had 2 rooms reserved. What we got was one room with 2 double beds for 4 adults and 2 children. Had to purchase another room at a higher price. The only room left was 1 king bed, which had to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Will NOT be using hotels.com again!

Visit was good, quiet and peaceful, room was clean,the check in and check out was easy. Everything you need is within 5 to 7 minutes away. The only thing was with the bathtub. The wife likes to soak, but had to use a rag to stop up the drain,because the stopper don't work. Other than that we would stay again.

I thought it was good, but the ladies in our group felt it was not very clean, dead bugs around, pubic hairs on the tub floor, etc.
