Receptionist was awesome!

The service was horrible, the bathroom was infested with roaches, and the manager Melissa will lie about you & the room when you ask for refund. Luckily me I made sure to keep receipts.

Had to go to a different day’s inn than I was led to believe. Bath room needs updating no drain stops a patched cracked door I’d be afraid to close. Night manager was nice morning manager pretty grumpy. Breakfast was white bread coffee yogurt. I’m used to comfort inn and many others that are alittle more extensive. The bed was comfortable and it was clean that is important

This place was affordable, felt safe and very comfortable overall. The beds were soft and the sheets felt clean and fresh. Carpets were pretty clean also, we didn’t feel the need to keep our socks or shoes on all the time. Having a mini fridge and microwave in the room was definitely a plus and came in handy. The room came w a small coffee machine also, which was fine, but there wasn’t any coffee to make. The continental breakfast was a dud, that’s my only real complaint. We chose this motel because it offered a continental breakfast and that would’ve helped us save money first thing every morning. The continental breakfast that they had consisted of coffee, tea, Activia yogurt, and plain white bread. Thats it! Those are all the choices. So, overall, we would still choose to stay again in the future but we will have to remember to bring our own breakfast food and juice to stock in the mini fridge.

The building is too old

Convenient location. Morning staff was not friendly. Breakfast consisted of white bread and a toaster. Water for tea in cannisters wasn't hot. Bed was comfortable. Would not recommend.

I came from North Carolina to my room dirty sheets and used soap in the room with a broken ironing board trifiling as ever

Don't like it much.

I purchased this room a few hours before needing it. The night duty lady was very nice but she did forget to return my license and I did not realize until the next day. I returned to retrieve it. Otherwise, no issues and a pleasant stay.

The walls were fairly thin and the couple next door were arguing and slamming doors but that only happened the first of 2 nights where I stayed there. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast which consisted of white bread to make toast and butter, coffee and little containers of yogurt. I was hoping at least to have some juice, And maybe even a bowl of cereal but none of that was there. I will say the staff at the desk were not bad at all.

First off room had bugs sheets was not clean. Breakfast is not Breakfast it was toast, yogurt and coffee like what. Rude front desk. Dont think i will ever stay here again.

The room smelled bad, as if the sheets had not been washed, I don't know how to explain. It did not smell clean, the breakfast option for 4 days was bread with butter. I did not like.

I didn’t like Expedia’s limited assistance in adjusting my room to non-smoking. They never got back to me to confirm my request as promised.

It got the job done. Used the pool more than i thought we would. Better during the week. Weekend gets nuts. Spent 5 nights.

Almost nothing. The clothes smells bay .the rooms smells no good. My plan is never comeback againg.

Asked for guaranteed late check-in when i made my reservation. Clerk was very grumpy when we checked in. Made it clear that he didn't want to be helping us late at night (~1130 PM). Motel site claimed free breakfast. When we got up the next morning and when down for breakfast, all they had was stale white bread. NO cold cereal, NO pastries, NO yogurt, NO food of any kind. That is NOT free breakfast. Extremely disappointed as we then had to go out and eat breakfast. Same all 3 days. Literally just white bread. Very much false advertising. I would not recommend staying here for those reasons.

The hotel is not very clean had cockroaches in my room running around the shower head was awful and sprayed water directly everywhere but where it should have the fridge had black mold

Checkin process was easy and smooth. The hotel is dated but decent.

Cockroaches were in bathroom , then I found them on my clothes. The place had old white bread and coffee for continental breakfast. No milk. No fruit. No Juice. Absolutely the worst hotel breakfast ever. They also did not have regular coffee in the room to make ourselves. They said it has been on back order. I would never stay there again.

For the money you can't beat it...clean, comfortable bed..staff at desk was awesome....let us check in early..gotta check it out....i will be back

Clean very nice staff

Breakfast was, bread, yogurt, and coffee. Pool towels were limited. Couldnt get linens in the evening had to be the morning hours.

The property is very dated. The advertised breakfast consisted of bread slices with butter, coffee, and a few yogurts in a refrigerator. As we stayed at this property for 6 nights, we watched the daily turnstile of people, who walked out of the lobby, disgusted at the lack of breakfast options. We also had trouble getting someone to come to the window to check us in for a late arrival. We rang and rang the bell and after more than 15 minutes, the guy finally came into the office. We did call earlier in the day to remind staff of our late arrival, but they did not receive the updated message. There was no daily towel or room refreshing. We had to ask daily for clean towels. The bathroom with tub, didn't have a stopper. When I asked for one at the office, I was told that they didn't have any. I purchased one at Walmart. The love seat in the room had multiple stains on it. There were only two redeeming features to this hotel: the room was large, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was overpriced and understaffed. Staff openly complained in front of customers about Wyndam's misleading advertising regarding breakfast (or lack thereof) as they were the ones who kept dealing with irate customers. This property is really a poor reflection on the Wyndam name.

Roaches and bed begs, advertised free continental breakfast and only had sliced bread and yogurt. Staff was horrible. Was refused a broom to sweep nasty floor. Asked for a refund and denied. Have picture proof.

My granddaughter cried when we opened the room door and she saw the condition of the room. Stayed only 1 night and canceled the other 4 nights. Booked a beach front hotel and granddaughter was happy. There were some sketchy guests at this place so didn't feel comfortable.
