Good basic accommodations -- the room was smallish but well laid out and in exemplary condition. Just one queen bed and a desk chair, so I'm not sure that the two of us would have found it comfortable for a long stay but it was perfect for an overnight stop. Breakfast was fine, with the usual motel assortment of foods and a spillover seating area. All of the staff were friendly and very competent.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Hotel is a bit dated but clean and smelled well. The walls are thin. Our first night our next door neighbors were extremely loud with their tv and the other things they were doing. Went to the front desk at 3:00am to ask for help. The nice guy tried to knocking on their door(the noise was also obvious from the outside hallway as well. They did not answer so then he called twice(I only know that because we could hear everything). The sound of the tv went down a bit but always stayed on. This continued into the morning. The front desk apologized and did say these guest were checking out that day so we could have at least one night of good sleep. Everything else was great and we would stay there again. Parking was easy in and out as well.

Everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful. The hotel overall is pretty dated but the room was updated nicely. Weird little toilet area with shower stall but it was clean. Breakfast was fine…waffle maker, small selection of cereal, wrapped breakfast sandwiches, English muffins, coffee, and juices. Overall: nice.

The lobby was beautifully decorated. Breakfast was included, and it was pretty clean. At least two more pillows or regular sized pillows would be nice.

Our stay was great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with adequate choices. The rooms are fine. We have stayed at this hotel many times when visiting State College and like it.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. Everything worked, it felt clean, and even if it didn't have the most up-to-date everything, it felt like a high quality experience. And we really appreciated the fun amenities for game day weekend, like snacks and the souvenir glass.

Property is a bit old and smells like lots of smelly candles. Room smelled weird. Rooms very pretty clean. You are getting what you’ve paid for.

This worked out so well for us! Everything around was either booked or overpriced, probably due to events in the area on the night of our stay. This was very inexpensive and was like a little apartment, with two bedrooms, a living room area and a full kitchen. There were TVs in every room. We were just there for one night on this stay, but this would be a wonderful space to stay for several days, as it had everything that would be needed.

The only problem is that you can hear everything. People talking, cell phones ringing , doors closing and it was clear and loud. With that being said the hotel was super clean and smelled fantastic. The staff were helpful and polite.
