The staff is always amazing, and as far as the rooms, they are spotless.

They were under construction and it was noisy and dirty the whole time we were there. We had to switch rooms three times due to ants in one room and a broken mattress in another room. Our final room has roaches in the bathroom. We will NOT be back!

Great place to stay when traveling. Had pretty much everything that we look for. Besides the usual, comfortable beds, good size bathroom and a very good hot breakfast, there were a few little things that we really appreciated. Good lighting and a night light in the bathroom and well lite workspace and WiFi for working.

Large room with comfortable bed- lots of pillows of varied firmness. Very nice staff. Big breakfast buffet. Only problem was loud people in the halls at 10 pm. I stayed for 2 nights and my room was not cleaned on the first day until after 5:30 pm.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room a mini suite with sitting area and desk to work from. Bathroom a little small but clean with adequate amenities. The hotel itself very nice and clean. Location close to everything with lots of shopping/restaurants. Stayed 2 nights but would certainly book for more on another trip.
The complimentary breakfast was a hot buffet, including your bagels/cereal etc. Staff attending to keep the area clean after each guest finished breakfast.
I highly recommend this hotel. Great for families with children as well.

Room was nice and spacious, we had a double room with couch. Lots of channels on the tv. Good breakfast with bacon and eggs, cinnamon rolls and a pancake machine, with a large clean seating area. Small pool and a hot tub, kids and I enjoyed them! Lots of food and shopping nearby. My keys kept deactivating, but staff was friendly and helped me every time!

Nice clean Property, Front Desk was friendly and welcoming. They are close to the park and a few Restaurants.

Had a great stay. Room was large, comfortable and very neat. Additional complimentary toiletries were available on request. Complimentary breakfast was great with a wide variety to choose from. Staff were courteous and helpful.

The customer service was great with all staff encounters, FD management deserves a Kudos.
The facilty and my room was below standard. My room was extremely small and the bathroom was even smaller. In order to get to the shower, i had to wedge myself on the side of the toilet to swing the door closed, so i could access the shower. The mirror door was loose and off-hinge... i tried to fix it but grew tired. Also, the shower was aged and dirty.
The pool room was unkempt and had a visibly thick surface, bubbles and scum. We were unable to swim (which is my primary focus when i select hotels). In fact, we decided not to use the hot tub either for the same reason.
It was an unfortunate experience... generally, Holiday Inn receives favorable reviews from me, but this was an awful encounter.
