Easy and free to park. Slow checkin. Clean room, ok breakfast. Keycards had to be recoded after one day on a two day stay, stopped opening doors.

Room was clean and quiet; comfortable beds; staff went 'above and beyond' to be helpful and accommodating -- it was a very busy weekend with the eclipse! Would stay here again. Location is walking distance (across the bridge) from President Clinton Ave; etc.

Incredible value. Everything was bright and new and they drove me almost everywhere. Free parking (which I didn't need) and all of downtown easily accessible on foot. They do need to rethink the van to the airport issue. They didn't start shuttles till 06:00 and my flight was boarding then. My scheduled taxi never came and I wound up sharing an uber ride with other guests -- theirs was late as is. Very stressful.

The hotel was ok. Just average. It had a nice bar and restaurants were close. The hotel itself is a bit outdated. Small bathrooms. Old carpet on hallways. The room floors were laminate but clean. Average hotel overall.

Very quiet we have stayed here several times and enjoy the quiet very much. Two restaurants inside the hotel, a steak house and Benihana hibachi restaurant. Very nice.

The hotel staff was 5-star excellent. Unfortunately, my car received damage in the parking lot on the final days of my stay. Of course, I know that parking is at your "own risk" but the incident damaged the memory of my stay.

Disappointing experience. I traveled in from out of state to the location early morning of the date of my reservation. I was told that the earliest check in time would be much later in the evening. I had no other choice but to book ANOTHER trip back home. When expressing my grievance to the management division of the hotel - they decided to not give me a refund. Not only did I lose points that I applied towards this stay, but I also did not receive a refund. It screams DESPERATION when an establishment such as this one can continue to drag out a grievance/ concern with excuses of “our systems are down” or “our systems are still being updated” rather than doing the pious thing in refunding the individual their funds back especially if they went through the appropriate chain of commands to address this issue well in advance before the “check in time.” Definitely a NEGATIVE ONE STAR -1.

The hotel is old but some areas are currently being updated. Staff was great and the room was clean. Only complaint is the noise. You can hear everything that goes on in your neighbors rooms. Their conversations, snores, and tv. Its like they are in the same room with you

The hotel was not bad, comfy and clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave some very good suggestions for things to do with the kids. The real issue was the room service. They shorted us an entree and then argued with me about how "it was on the tray". They didnt send the bbq for the kids chicken tenders, so they didnt get to eat them until they were cold. One of the burgers was very undercooked. They didnt bring the bbq until the 2 burgers were delivered. They charged me for an additional burger to send another one. The front desk removed that charge for me. The real rub was the attitudes. They argued with me and never once offered an apology for the mistakes.

Very well kept, polite staff. Marie was just as nice as other reviewers said. Only thing was the fridge wasn't cold. I notified staff but no one ever came by to look at it. Bummed out Benihana was closed due to the weather (snow storm). However the shuttles to and from the arena, even at the late hour were a relief, better than walking in several inches of snow after attending our event. Would definitely stay here again, but hope the fridge works so we won't have to keep getting ice.

We chose this property cause of good reviews, people who work there super nice but rooms and property super old and need a lift . Sink in our room 1060 did not drain , also air/ heater would not turn off. Piano music that playing throughout property we could hear in our room during the night. Walls very thin you can hear loud neighbors. I did not get a good night sleep.

This was our first time to stay in this hotel. We were impressed with the way that Jennifer checked us in. She made us feel welcome, and we knew that she wanted us to enjoy our stay. Everything about the room was excellent. We had a good night's sleep. When we went to breakfast, Marie made omelets to order, and Shaun served our coffee in real mugs. They were both attentive and provided excellent food.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The only issue was the bar staff. There were 2 older gentlemen behind the bar that didn't seem to really know what they were doing and were incredibly slow. The hotel was packed and so was the bar. It was taking 15-20 minutes just for them to do one drink order. We left before ever getting our drinks. I recommend this hotel if you are going to an event at Simmons Arena. It is very close and they offer a complimentary shuttle service.
