The only criticism I have is the limited availability of microwaves in the hotel. Only two were available for use in the entire hotel with multiple guests waiting to reheat their food. For a hotel this size it’s ridiculous and I have been a guest at this hotel for over ten years. When the hotel is booked with multiple groups during busy times with hundreds of people this can be extremely frustrating. I waited over 30 minutes to access an available microwave with two people ahead of me for one on the left side of restaurant. The second microwave on the right side had its own line of guests waiting for their turn to reheat food. By the time I was able to reheat my food there were over 10 guests waiting to access two microwaves. For a hotel of this caliber is totally unacceptable. As a member of the hotel’s loyalty club this needs to seriously be addressed.

We had a short stay of two nights. Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful. The security guard picked me up from the car and drove me around to the front of the property and dropped me off with my luggage. The rooms were spotless and extremely quiet despite how many people were staying at the hotel.We went to the pool bar three times to eat and have a few drinks. Every bartender was extremely nice. The food was spectacular. We would undoubtedly stay here again.
