Great place that’s super clean with very comfortable bedding, staff is great and especially Manny the restaurant bar! Mannys kindness will definitely help me decide to stay here many times in the future! Keep up the great job everyone 😊

The customer service was more than excellent - I felt right at home. Also because the room came with a small kitchenette (sink, cupboard with plates, bowls, and mugs, coffee) and I got vouchers for 2 water bottles/day (or hot coffee). Even though I didn't get to use the free laundry and provided basket/detergent, it was nice to know that it was there for me to use (which I attempted to but just didn't have time). I had a nice view of the pool, really nice patio especially in this weather. The room was cleaned well when I didn't have my DND sign. The only feedback is about half the time when I hit the button for the elevator, it didn't ding upon arrival/opening and therefore, I missed it. I had to stand back and pay attention so I wouldn't miss it.

Our stay at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Las Palmeras Orlando exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
The suite was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and having extra space made our family stay so much more relaxing. Every area of the property was clean and well cared for.
The amenities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub after long days exploring Orlando, and the fitness center was a great bonus. The location is outstanding—close to the parks, restaurants, and shopping, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind.
What stood out most was how easy and relaxing the entire experience felt. Check-in was smooth, the grounds were beautiful, and every interaction with the team reflected genuine hospitality.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hilton Grand Vacations Club Las Palmeras to anyone visiting Orlando. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service!
