Someone was able to come in my room. Another guess had to call front desk

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Booked a suite, with whirlpool. When entering the room the door would properly lock and outside light was shining through. The front panel of the whirlpool was hanging off and water was running from the access panel. Lamp shades looked like someone had punched holes in them. ( see pictures)The whirlpool tub had no drain plug or working control handle. It was absolutely filthy. (See pictures). Called front desk twice no one answered. We tried to find another hotel close by and everything was booked. So after traveling all day we decided to make the best of it. Not everything was a negative, had plenty of hot water in the shower, the TV did work and had a few movie channels. The fridge would keep items cold, half way through the night the heater stopped working and the room was extremely cold. In the morning I went to the front desk and explained the situation and the first lady at the desk had a language barrier issue, when the manager returned I told her without a doubt this was the dirtiest Day’s Inn I have ever been in and the issues with the whirlpool and the condition of our room. She just said “ well sorry” I asked for a copy of the receipt and she said she couldn’t do that. Please do not stay here, the pictures I am forwarding on to Day’s Inn corporate.

There’s was a hole in the wall… The room had an odor… The couch was old and had holes… The desk chair had a leather seat and 3/4 of the leather was ripped off… The shower had marks like someone was putting out cigarettes on it… The heat plastics vent was broken… Something said leave ur bags in the car… My room was all the way in the back and in the cut… It was a dark and shady walk to my room… The front desk had a bullet proof glass and everything… I sat on the edge of the bed contemplating my life…

There was no refrigerator or coffee pot in my room.

BEWARE!! This place is absolutely disgusting. It is nothing like the pictures or description. I reserved a no smoking room for over 100 dollars for a night and it reeked of cigarettes. The sheets were dirty and there was a big hole in the ceiling. There’s weird stains on the couch and my curtains wouldn’t even close all the way. I felt so unsafe that I pushed the desk against the door. The shower also had weird brown stains and the toilet paper had obviously been used before and not changed..

My wall next to the dryer has a hole in it..rm.207..a roach was crawling in the bathroom..one loose wash cloth was hanging by itself..toilet paper roll is almost empty...a little dingy looking...bottem of the toilet need to be cleaned.

The room looked nothing like the pictures , it wasn’t clean in there the front desk lady was rude and wasn’t friendly . The heat didn’t work in the room so the air was on all night . And the hot water stopped working in the bathroom . We had one towel in the room and the light half ass work . Definitely 0/10 recommend.

Nothing positive

This was horrific. I checked in, saw my room, and immediatly checked out and got a room down the street. I walked into a puddle from a leaking AC unit, a cockroach on my headboard, a large hole in the wall hastily latched with brown paper towels, amongst other issues. There was a lurking lady of the night. And according to the office lady, smoking rooms are booked full because "they just won't go home", whatever that means. DON'T BOOK THIS.

Convenient location… needs renovations and updating

I booked a jacuzzi room for 3 nights. I asked for a non-smoking room which was available at time of booking and ended up with what they said was a non smoking and it surely wasn't. Stale smoke smell along with fresh smell of marijuana throughout. The Jacuzzi jets did not work and the hot water was only enough to fill a 1/4 of the way. I asked for no room service while gone as I had important work information and computer in the room. They ended up coming in the room while I was there even with a note on the door saying NO ROOM SERVICE NEEDED. Just an overall bad experience and when speaking my concerns with the front desk she did not seem to care as she was taking customers behind me and trying to talk at the same time. Nothing was resolved and I will be contacting Corporate and asking how they could allow them as a Franchisee for Days Inn as they are not worthly of it. Bet of luck if you try these unfriendly folks out.

I was happy with the price. The room was fairly cleanly. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast.

Not in a good area

Keisha was absolutely amazing she made the stay bearable she was always on top of everything she was polite and helpful when needed she knew how to do her job with a level of costumer service that was awesome. Thank you

This place was horrifying. The photos on the app look nothing like the actual property. The place looks like a third world warzone. The whole property is disgusting. I checked out less than five minutes after checking in.

Horrible place ! Checked in and left the room 10 minutes after ! , broken bathroom door , room door didn’t lock properly , dirty room & bathroom.

Worst place I ever stayed! Extremely Dirty, heavy smoke in room, torn furniture, someone from an upper floor poured unknown liquid in my husband as we were walking away from our room and security staff did not address it. Do not stay here.

The most disgusting place i ever seen.

We had a really hard time opening the door. the facility was extremely dirty - stains and bugs in the bathroom, holes in the walls; greasy handprints on the sheets; stains of god knows what on the couch, chair and bed. we checked out a couple of hours after check in. the person in front of us to check out was doing the same thing for the same reasons. I couldn't possibly recommend this facility to anyone. Days Inn should remove their name from this place!

No toilet paper holder, dirty floor, dirty tub and sink. No water cups, no phone. We would give the bed and linens a 4 out of 10. Directions to the room was not adequate.

This is a flop house!! The room was disgusting. We only took one step in the room and requested a refund. I would not let my dog stay here

Most uncomfortable hotel room I've ever stayed at.The smell of cigarettes and B/O is the thing I will always be reminded of this nightmare. The online pictures are misleading! Your better off sleeping outside!

Dirty and discusting

This is not a place for humans or animals! Nasty beyond nasty- had to escape because of a roach crawling across the sink! Didn’t even complete my stay! When I asked to be moved out of that room - they said no other rooms were available. It is used to house unhoused people - my room didnt even have a connected telephone, no iron, no ironing board, peeling paint on the door and walls, broken furniture and a ticking refrigerator- the worst hotel ever!

Brutal. Room was filthy. Smelled like cigarette smoke and there was food and pubic hairs in the bed. Walked in and left 10 minutes later. Waiting on refund. Girl at front desk said please make a complaint.

Idk where to start. Opened condom on the floor, no blankets, roaches, terrible service, smelled like weed, and just terrible. Worst place ever stayed
