Easy check in, polite staff, ate at attached ihop for supper, ate breakfast in hotel.

I liked that the location was near hospital but the evenning clerk was unfriendly, and curt. The room I stayed in had first thing I noticed was an alcohol bottle in the trash can when I opened the door.
the shampoo bottle had been used the coverlet smelt of body Oder .

The TV didn't work. . . The window leaked in (torrential rain, the toilet ran almost all night. I specifically asked for a walk in shower (I am handicapped) It was not as I requested.

The worst best western ever, I’m not blaming the power outage, but my sheets had red stains and the floors were gross. Not to mention this accessible room wasn’t very accessible.

Faulty lighting and switches. Not enough outlets in a handicapped room. We require 2 outlets on each side of the bed without having to run extension cords

I had a one day conference at the Augusta Civic Center. The location next door to the civic center was great. There was no breakfast served at the conference, but I had a lovely breakfast at the hotel before I left.

The property was clean and housekeeping personnel very visible working throughout our stay. Front desk staff were very nice. Metropolitan area near highway and mall.Breakfast was included and was very good. Not a complaint just an opinion that hallway paint and doors had an outdated look.

We were not impressed with this Best Western Plus. Not the quality of other Best Western Plus properties that we have stayed at. It needs to be renovated. Old, stains on the ceiling & rooms are cramped. Will not stay there again!

This was our second time staying there and would definitely stay there again! Rooms were clean and spacious, the hot breakfast was very good, the staff couldn't be nicer. Highly recommend!

Bed mattresses had bad Springs and needed replacement. Pool was filled with cement and no longer existed. Did not get my reward points because I got the reservation through Hotels.com. Capped sewer pipes were sticking up under the desk. I stay at BWs all over and this was not up to their standards

Everything about our experience at your Hotel was above average to exceptional! In fact I had one of the best coffees every in your breakfast area. We stayed at the hotel because of the vicinity of the civic center, you’re basically on top of it. We arrived after dark, after waking I opened the drapes as we were facing our destination. So imagine my disappointment when the window was soooo dirty you could barely see across a 100 yard parking lot.
If it wasn’t for that you’d have four or five stars.

Walls thin and next door guest kept TV on late into night. Fridge in room so noisy we had to disconnect. Didn’t get much sleep.

The room was ice cold and everything felt damp. I kicked my shoes off and the carpet felt like it had been shampooed, very damp and a little sticky. Also, it felt like I was being attacked by fleas from the knees down when I stood on the carpet. I was exhausted, and just wanted to sleep. The bed was perfect, thankfully. Super comfy, however, I had kicked the heat on to 74 to try to get rid of the damp feeling, and promptly fell asleep. Sometime around 1 AM, the fire alarm in my room went off. I ran down the hall to the front desk and could not find anyone.- nobody, despite my calling out. I ran back to my room and beat the crap out of the alarm until it stopped. I mentioned it upon check out, and the woman just shrugged, and said “I’m sorry that happened”.

Property is old and dirty. Rooms smell of smoking and dampness. AC burnt when I turned on heat. Entire room smelled of burnt plastic after that. My clothing and jacket had a burnt smell. Same for my kids.

We had a situation with bed bugs during our night and notified on the front desk, it was kind of unpleasant if you want to really rest ….

I stood in line for 10-15 minutes at 9:00 pm waiting to get to the desk so I could check in (I had a reservation). The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful, but obviously needed help. There were 5-6 more people behind me waiting to check-in, too. The hotel was nice, but the carpets in hallways needed cleaning, the paint was nicked off many of the door frames (especially the bottoms), etc. It looked like it needed to be shut down for 1-2 weeks and cleaned up. But we slept well and enjoyed the breakfast, although more fruit would have been appreciated.

the hotel is a no frills stay, nothing bad, just nothing great! I was turned off by them only having tiny bars of facial soap and no shower gel for the body in the whole hotel. the staff was friendly and the continental breakfast they have in the morning was decent.

Service and cleanliness were fine, but the room was VERY damp. So damp that the carpet felt wet and all bedding and towels were as well. Ours was a ground floor room. Need to fix the AC to reduce humidity or they will have a serious mold problem soon.

No hot water, stains on sheets and bath mat, over priced for the amenities. When we booked it said there was a pool and now it's not open.

I was disappointed with my room, the bathroom faucet had toothpaste splatter on it, the carpet was ripped on edge where it started in the room and ripped up in corner. There was a very loose receptacle box in the wall making a shorting hazard. Overall the room was in poor shape.
The staff was very nice, breakfast had a good selection, the linens were decent and the bed was comfortable.
I will not stay at this Best Western Plus again, there are other choices in the area that may have rooms in better condition.

This property had a pool in the back that hadn't been used in sometime and was still full of water. Breeding ground for bugs.
Rooms were clean but smelled moldy and must.

Hotel is in a great location for shopping but it is getting quite dated and dirty. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good also.

The Best Western is 5 minutes off of I95 which is very convenient. The staff were efficient. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The bed was absolutely terrible. It was by far the worst bed I’ve slept in at a hotel.
The breakfast was also sub par for sure.
