The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fine. They need to pick up the garbage all around the hotel and the toilet chain was rusted out and needs replacing.

Room was clean, but there was a bed support strut sticking out from the aisle side of one of the beds, after my daughter struck her leg on it the first time we sacrificed a pillow to cover it up. Day 1 I got warm water for a shower (couldn't get hot, but warm). Morning 2 I couldn't even get warm water. And it was early both mornings on a weekend, so I don't think they'd run out. My room heater also would not stop turning on even with the thermostat set to 66, it kept kicking on at 70 and pushing it to 72, I finally had to turn it off.

I have stayed here many times because it is convenient and close to everything I need. However, they serve the same breakfast everyday. I just stopped going to eat.

First room wasn’t clean at all (trash, unflushed toilet, unmade bed). Second room cleaner but wouldn’t call it spotless by any means. Guy at desk barely spoke, old and worn down.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days & they served the same breakfast everyday. They could have had fresh fruit, boiled eggs & fresh bread. The rolls looked good but were hard every day because they were frozen. Room was clean, however they give you a nice comforter which makes you hot so you have to adjust ac/heater several times during the night. Also, you are by the highway & can hear the traffic. But still a good location because there is a grocery store & mall right in front of hotel, walking distance.

The hot tub was clean and very hot! The bed, pillows, and sheets were SO soft and cozy. I wish I'd been able to stay in them all day. There were plenty of tv channels to peruse. The only thing I didn't like was the carpeting in the halls was pretty nasty (dirty, ugly, worn out) and it wasn't all that much better in the room.

The hotel for the price was great but the water for the tubs and shower was not hot and we called the front desk and they said they had had other complaints so it sounds like they r not going to fix it and they didn't move us to another room or offer to take some money off the room

The view here was amazing! It was clean, breakfast was delicious and the staff and service was top notch. The only thing I'd change was the sofa bed in my room needed replaced. They still deserve their stars though. I would stay again.

The room they gave me had someone in it already and I walked in on them. I Should have been given a free night when I checked out. That was a very embarrassing moment 😡

Very clean & easy to find. I asked for a 1st floor room because we had dogs, when I made reservations. We did not get a 1st floor room.

Walking in to the room it stink like someone was smoking. The bed sheets had stains on them. The bathroom floor was dirty and the shower was dirty. The carpet had crumbs. At night there were people talking in the hallway. I couldn’t sleep.

Alright stay at a reasonable price. Elevator was a little wonky and the property was undergoing renovation at my time of stay. Its lication is good and parking is plenty. The main drawback was the internet wifi was horrible they hotel was at half capacity and the internet constantly slowed done and disconnected, really bad if you need a stable conmection for work.

Easy access to the freeway, a large Smith's grocery store and about 5 good dining options in the shopping center next to the hotel. Always quiet, comfortable and clean. I stay here about once a month because it is a great option.

Despite the current facelift to the exterior the rooms, showers, sinks were outdated and unsightly. Pillows appeared very used and old. But you get what you pay for.

Look, I know it's a Comfort Inn. So it's not like we were expecting the degree of breathtaking luxury that you would find at, say, a three-star hotel. But we had a long night at the hospital and all we wanted was a good night's sleep and a hot shower. Is that too much to ask? The answer is yes, yes it is. The hotel is undergoing a facelift (more like a face transplant) and first thing in the morning we were awoken by the sounds of SCRAPE POUND YELL SCRAPE POUND YELL directly outside our window. No big deal if either Expedia or the hotel had indicated anywhere that there was construction, but nope. So we left and I messaged Expedia and they said they would call the hotel, then said they couldn't help and the hotel told them there was no noise. Right. Because that's my scam: Defraud Comfort Inns! It's a lucrative con! So Expedia said I had to call the hotel, which I did, and the guy said he would have to have the manager call me. And did the manager call me? Surely you joust. But hey, at least we got the hot shower. Just kidding. It was lukewarm. Again, I know: It's a Comfort Inn. And maybe this is exactly the level of comfort you seek. If so, you're in luck.

Hotel is getting stucco redone outside, but nice and clean inside. Room was nice. Breakfast hot trays had cold food in them. Not from sitting but weren't clearly never warmed correctly. Nice place, when outside construction done, other than breakfast attendendent dropped the ball.

It’s consistent and you can walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Hot tub and pool area nice. Breakfast good: omelets, sausage, gravy, bread, yogurt, oatmeal, lots of coffee.

The only thing that I would want more of is a little more water pressure, other than that this hotel was great. I would recommend it highly to friends and family!

The man at the front desk worked really hard to find our reservation that Expedia never forwarded to the hotel and kept his cool dealing with a customer service rep that refused to give him the confirmation number for almost an hour. He also booked us a room very quickly after we repeatedly asked the Expedia customer service rep for a refund for not doing the only thing we asked for. He was wonderful and understanding. We will never use Expedia again.
