I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western! The staff was friendly, and the accommodations were great. I was pleased with the breakfast.

Never got my deposit

Toilet wouldn’t flush, shower was scalding and couldn’t be cooled, and the lobby had a very strong scent of weed.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was very nice. I recommend.

Had sheers at the window with a ramp next to the window where they were working. Sheers were dirty. Had to ask for towel the second day. Front desk people were helpful and pleasant. Air conditioner was not working well.

I’m sure when the construction is done it will be beautiful. The night we stayed it was literally raining sideways and with the construction it was difficult to find the entrance. When we did the guy at the front desk was awesome. He was very helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was a little lacking. Coffee ok, fresh fruit good. Nothing hot unless you microwave a jimmy dean sandwich.

Everything was okay, but it smelled like marijuana in the hallway, and the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan. There were people playing loud music by the parking lot during our first night, but for the rest, it was quiet.

In the midst of reconstruction, the staff has been able to maintain a clean and well managed hotel with little to no noise or problems. Not much for breakfast and bring your own coffee but clean and comfortable for a quick stay. A very special thank you to Nita, who was exceptional in her service. Ms. Mcfarland was kind, knowledgeable went above and beyond to make the stay welcoming and comfortable. If you have had a less than great experience at this hotel before, It's worth a second try.

Crap breakfast. Need more variety. Oatmeal was gone by 9pm. Only fruits were apples and lemons. No regular croissants. Jus mini muffins, bread and cereal.

Great stay. Everything was very clean, modern, well lit and accommodating. The breakfast was nice as well. There was a nice selection, and everything was fresh.

The faucet knob is difficult to lift when you want to use the shower head.

The hotel was under construction, which was not an issue overall, except it was difficult to find the entrance from the street. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in went smoothly.
That said, the room was pretty cold, despite turning up the heat. We were placed on the first floor next to the lobby, which made for a noisy morning. One of our neighbors sang at the top of her lungs and we could hear everything. Suffice to say, we didn't have a good night sleep.
I'm not saying this is an awful place to stay, but perhaps we were unlucky this time. Once construction is completed, we'll likely give it another try when we're in the area.

Great access directly off the highway, and directly across from the mall. Lots of parking. They're under construction apparently, but other than some construction fences, I was not aware of it. Met three front desk staff, one to check-in, one helped me with some food and bev and one checked me out. They were all wonderful and helpful. Would stay here again.

This Hotel could be so much better. But fell short. The first night that we checked in, the person behind the counter was fabulous. The room was standard. The shower as cold. Maybe luke warm at best. I am not big on cold showers. First time I have ever encountered anything like that. Bathroom was dirty. Picture attached. Breakfast was continental. Basic. Nothing to Write Home About. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hair dryer in my room was missing and the shower took 10 minutes for the water to heat up. When my husband tried to shower after me, he had no hot water at all. Breakfast was good and the hotel was generally quiet.

The desk clerk was goen for 15 plus min. at a bout 745 till 8 am the key machine and other items were avalable for any one to use.

Extremely poor customer service. There should’ve been 24 hr coffee available; yet the room on the 3rd floor closed after a certain hour. Ridiculous.

The was clean, modern, and easy to use. Could have more electricl outlets or extention cord or power strip, or USB ports for charging at the base of the lamps for charging phones or laptops/tablets.

The check-in experience was quick and easy. Any staff member that we happened to run into was friendly and professional. The room we had was clean and spacious. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel if the need arises.

The staff was fabulous. I was there for 4 days and everyone was wonderful. My friend and I are 73 so we really liked being on the first floor with a room near the front of the hotel. I also appreciated a tub in the bathroom as it feels wonderful to soak old bones in a nice bath. The beds were super comfortable and all in all a 5 star stay.
