Wasn’t so great. It looked dirty compared to pictures. Then while we were resting, we found a baby roach in our bed. And there was hair left in the shower on the wall from someone previous. The other people staying were extremely loud and no one did anything about it.

Our stay was fine - our grandchildren enjoyed the pool area - it is definitely looking its age, as our children remember playing in it. We missed having a restaurant on site - it will be nice when that is back. The hallways were fairly noisy at night.

The restaurant and bar closed for remodel . The Bartender only keeps Tiki bar open by pool until 8pm. They are supposed to stay open until 10pm.

For an older hotel, we thought it was maintained very well. Our room had everything we needed with enough space. The pools and hot tub were great. We will go back again for a mini vacation.

When we checked in they told us we didn’t have the pool side room reserved, they accommodated us and gave us one so that was frustrating. The rooms are older and getting run down. My main complaint is at a waterpark - the lack of areas to hang towels, suits, etc to dry - just having some hooks in the actual tub/shower area would be very beneficial!!

Hotel was ok, was not new my any means. Found hair in the bath tub. My 13 year old daughter did enjoy the water park portion, but pool had a lot of Chlorine in it. Whole Arcade was turned off so no games were working.

Our room was right by the pool. The pool was overcrowded so there was not even a place to sit to watch my kids. We were in a suite. The bedroom heater mad a ton of noise and was loud. The jacuzzi in our room did not have hot water.

It was good, the only complaint was they put us in a room with no safety lock on it. So we put a chair in front of the door to avoid the kids from running out. We maybe could have gotten a new room, if we talked to front desk but the location of the room was too perfect by the pool!!

The suites on the first floor poolside are super nice. The pool area is great. The arcade is fun. Will definitely be back. The whole family loved it.

Our room was relatively clean. The front desk receptionists were not especially friendly. Most of the workers did not really seem to care about the posted rules in the pool area. There was wads of hair floating in the pool and seemed to be alot of garbage to be picked up. The arcade area also had alot of trash laying around. Outside of the building there was trash and cigarettes butts all over. For the price of our 2 night stay it should have been clean, friendly and inviting. Also no breakfast.

It was my husband and i and my two younger kids and omg staff was amazing, it was so clean looked amazing. My kids or husband didnt want to leave. I had to have my kidney removed and knowing they were having amazing time when i was in the hospital was a peace of mind. Will definitely be back

Front desk staff was extremely rude to client in front of me because he booked through a third party and not directly through them. I stood in line waiting for at least 15 minutes while another front desk worker worried more about answering the phone, talking with other workers about her day, and going on break. The motel itself is average.

Im going to loose my 25 dollar extra deposit, that we aren't told about, however, the room i booked wasn't even close to the room i was given. The restaurant was closed not told about that. Got charged for the pool area even though they asked if I wanted it and i said no. The only good thing is we were close to the Denny. Very disappointing

We checked in and got a pool view suite for our family and 2 kids. Got to our room and it had no power at all and was dirty. We sat in the room for a hour in the dark waiting to see what they were going to do. Finally they changed our room to the corner. No pool view only a pole view. Asked for some reimbursement and the lady laughed at us. $380 for a dirt room no pool view and horrible service. Will not stay at this play ever again renters beware !!!!!

They gave me the wrong room and was not the suite in the description. The casino person apparently went home early before 8 pm on a Saturday when they say its open til at leaat 10 or 11 but i went and played eaier and won a lil bit tried cashing it at the front desk like the instructions told me to the two chicks that were up there at 8pm telling me theres nothing they can do and they didnt feel like calling someone who would know what to. Fast forward I made them call and Eventually got my money. Waterpark was just okay. I loved the pillows. But i paid almost 400 dollars and never again oh yeah and the bartender D from Cali and the maintenance man with the braids was cool asf

They updated our room to a king jacuzzi when they found out we wanted to use the hot tub. The hot tub was down for repairs. Besides the jacuzzi, the room was very spacious

My job has me on the road a lot, I stayed 191 nights in hotels in 2023, so I consider myself a bit of an expert on hotels. The only thing this place has going for it is the waterpark for kids. The staff was unfriendly and appeared to have no concept of customer service. Numerous problems with the room, maintenance issues apparent everywhere in the hotel. We felt like cattle being herded at check-in, and they did not seem to care about anybody. In my four trips to the front desk to have maintenance issues corrected in our room and also new batteries for the remote. I was left standing at the front desk, unsure if anybody was even working on addressing the issues we were having and the staff seem to be operating by the “finger pointing, blame placing style of management“ which leads to unhappy employees and unhappy guests. I will never stay here again. We spoke with numerous other families, while we were there that were equally disappointed and frustrated with their stay.

Didn’t get to stay. Reserved through Hotels.com and was denied a pet friendly suite upon arrival, denied a refund from Expedia. Missed my Lyft to our scheduled event on my birthday. Had to reschedule all of the next rides. Of course all of which cost much more.

Not good communication from front desk on housekeeping - they only come on 3rd day unless you notify the front desk by 10AM. Did not communicate that wristbands at waterpark chg daily. Have alot of rules listed at the waterpark but no one enforces them so kids jump into pool almost right on top of people cuz the parents aren't going to monitor them either. Grandkids had a good time, but probably won't recommend or go back again

I wasn’t informed that the restaurant was closed until I had already made my reservations. So we ended up having to eat a meal elsewhere. We did not have a car so we had to call for a lift ride. So it was an extra expense. When we went to the bar to have a beer, the waiter completely ignored us while he helped Serve another patron who came in after we did, but pushed himself in front of us. Other than those two experiences, it was good based on location because we needed to fly out to St. Petersburg the following morning. And the shuttle wasn’t warmed up it was ice cold.

Closet bar was broken which generally isn't an issue until you have wet swimsuits and towels. There is no microwave in the standard rooms despite what it stated online. The hotel was basically empty but sometime in the evening they put approximately 10+ guests in two rooms on either side of us. These guests were loud, drunk and fighting and we called the front desk more than 6x and NOBODY ever answered the phone or responded. It was a terrible experience for my children who couldn't sleep. When we talked to the front desk the next day they told us we should have called the police. This is not our responsibility and almost certainly would have gotten us into an altercation. The management said quiet hours are after 11pm and security should have handled it but "They weren't sure why security wasn't there." They have lost a customer from our family as this was NOT a safe situation for us. They made no effort to try and make up for the situation and management did not return my call.

We were unable to shower in the morning due to burst water pipes. Complained to desk clerk on duty, was. We came to the hotel the night before a surgical procedure and needed to shower before it and was unable too. There were no cups in the room to make coffee the next am.

It was a quick stay, perfect for a 1 night stent. The pool area was great for my son. He enjoyed the slide, the pirate ship and i enjoyed the hot tub

Close to the airport. Coffee machine cost $3.50 for a coffee and didn’t work. When asked at the counter, they didn’t know how to fix it!

Was asked to leave hotel after midnight due to my teenager watching a kid jump into the pool after hours. My Teenager was just watching the situation. No warnings no very little information on why my family had to leave hotel over small situation which my kids wasn’t involved other than my teenager present when other kid not following rules. As a parent I was asked to pack my belongings kids and leave premises with little information given by security officer. Hotel manager was present but did not explain situation as to what happened and why we had to vacant already paid hotel. I will not recommend or ever book another room at this specific hotel again. Water drip from ceiling in bathroom near toilet.
