Our room was at the top and very small, we were surprised to see there were no cupboards or drawers and only a small space to hang clothes, so we were living out of our suitcases, which spoilt our time a bit. However, the bed was really comfy, the shower great and good breakfast. We also had 2 stations on the TV showing English films which was good. The staff were really nice and did tell me that they plan to change those rooms before next year to include cupboard space. The location was good too.

Pleasantly surprised with the staff at this hotel. They were all friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was the best. The rooms were clean, breakfast was extensive for a Holiday Inn. The location was convenient to all Lille has to offer. Would definitely consider this hotel again!

The staff were very helpful and cheerful.
The included breakfast was more than adequate with a good variety of breakfast options.
Our AC did not work and we were kindly offered a fan.
The hotel parking is very tight but had restricted access so it felt secure.
The area around the hotel is not the usual for a Holiday inn express. It felt like a run down, economically challenged neighborhood. Sidewalks broken up and garbage lying around.
