Booked a trip to take my grandson and daughter-n-law to St Augustine for the 1st. The beach entrance was right across the street which was convenient. The hotel was 29 mins from the historic part of St Augustine which was convenient as well. Definitely will book again there. Front desk clerk was very helpful and professional. All staff we came in contact with was polite and courteous. Felt right at home.

We checked in with Michael and he was nice. However, one room was locked from the inside, one room was trashed and the others were good, but we were supposed to have 5 rooms all together and that wasn’t possible after one was nasty and one being locked. Ground is not level in many places and pool is NOT heated. Beds and pillows were comfy.

The hotel was fine and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and inviting. The hotel is located on the beach road so there was a lot of traffic as it was bike week in St. Augustine Beach. When we checked in the room was clean and ready for us. Very noisy at night because of bike week but the noise stopped around 10pm. We did have a housekeeping issue n that the room was not cleaned our attended to 4 of our 5 days/nights. No fresh towels, no change of sheets, no “refresh” and we let the front desk know twice. The room was finally cleaned, new towels place and bed linens changed in time for our last night so at least 2 days we were very happy with our room. Despite the problems, we would stay there again because of the price, the location (close to beach, close to downtown and close to our family. They just need to be more attentive to issues. I don’t recall the Saturday night manager’s name but he and the day manager Kate get our 👍 for their help.

Would not stay here...We were here for 4 days... The room was ran down and needs a lot of work...We were on 3rd floor and NONE of the Ice Machines worked...had to get it from front desk, Mattress pad did not fit the bed.

1st night was terrible as we were placed next to the boiler room and laundry room which was very noisy most of the night. Bed mattress was sinking into the middle. Noisy base. No one in the office to complain to at 2:30 am. Next morning we’re moved to another room, which was much better, but also needed a good mopping of the floor. No wash cloths or hand towels were given.

Staff was friendly and helpful but housekeeping was not satisfactory. I had to change rooms because both beds were full of dog hair. Second room was fine. The place is definitely dated and rooms are dark.

It looks clean, but don't look close. Renovation done half way. Example, new wood floor, but 1 inch gap near tub. Bathroom toilet paper holder ancient. Bed and pillows clean.

Quality Inn is owned by Choice Hotels International - A Multinational Company. Time to step it up if you want Quality Inn to be around tomorrow: 1. Cockroaches 2. You can hear the folks next door as if they are in your own bedroom 3. Poor quality shampoos and soaps - get with the times to bring quality healthy products to your guests All else is status quo services experienced since 1980s. The staff is very nice and professional

we have stayed in countless hotels and i must say that this one is by far the worst one . the bath and shower was held together with caulk and the breakfast area was very small enough room for about 6/7 people , trired to do an early check in and was told the fee was $25.00 . The check in was somewhat ok . We should check this place out try room 219, upon checkout told them about the mold on the ceiling they said its due to the weather

Place is great if you're on a budget. Nice price for a great location. Place needs some updating and room smelled like mold or something. Not sure what it was, but made me sneeze a lot. But even with that, I still would return. Down the street from multiple restaurants.

The hotel is near the beach and 15 minutes drive to the historic district. It is an old hotel , needs renovations. However it is a quite place , very fast check in and check out. Breakfast was ok,( meats, eggs, juices, yogurt, bread, cereal , ) The breakfast area has only five tables , so it is better to go early . I recommended this hotel for one or two days trip when you don’t want to spend extra money. The reception clerks were extremely helpful.

The facilities were decent. We felt safe in the area. There were several negatives: 1. Outside coordiors so it was loud inside the room. 2. The breakfast was lacking. We ate elsewhere yo get enough to be full. 3. The plaque qith our room number was not on our door so we has to assume which room waa ours. 4. There waa trash keft in our room from previous guests. 5. We dis not have hand soap or toliet paper when we arrived. We would not stay here again.

The rooms has a disgusting smell pets urine. The floors are sticky with dirt and my sink was severely clogged, the sheets did not smell like they had just been changed, but rather like they were already used...in short, the worst experience in a hotel

the hotel is in need of remodeling, damp mildew condition. shower & toilet area so small you can hardly get into the bathroom. New door locks cause a problem where we couldn't lock our door when we wanted to go out, had to move everything out of the room into another room.

We had a great time during our stay. We were here a day before Christmas. The rooms were clean and the check-in process was easy even though we reached late in the night. The morning breakfast was really good, we didn't expect so many dishes. The lady who helped us with the breakfast and Waffles was very kind and her hospitality was top-notch.
