An extraordinary experience from beginning to end. Without question, the best hotel in Santiago de Chile and among the finest properties in Latin America. The service, attention to detail, culinary experience, and overall ambiance exceeded every expectation.
Our stay was made even more special as my mother celebrated her 71st birthday at the hotel. The warmth, care, and genuine hospitality of the team made it a truly unforgettable occasion for her and for our family.
A special recognition goes to Daniel Reyes at the restaurant, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail transformed an excellent stay into an exceptional one. He played a meaningful role in making this celebration so memorable.
Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning.

The hotel was lovely; our room was spacious and elegant; breakfast buffet was amazing; staff could not have been more accommodating. It was a wonderful experience, all told.
