Convenience when event you are attending is located next to hotel. Parking was a nightmare especially first night and shower was eithed cold or very hot.

I stayed on the 7th floor for 3 night guts. The room had previously leaked which was visible but never painted. The bathroom was not well maintained and the cleaner cannot follow simple instructions.

This place was WAY too expensive for what we actually got. Not sure why they think they're worth over $200 a night. Maid service was not great. Room wasn't fully cleaned, hallways and main floor were pretty filthy. Kids running around the halls screaming until 12:30 at night.

Room key would not work on pool area. To get in our room we had to keep getting our key reset. One hot tub did not work. Breakfast was really good.

Very nice hotel in a great location for events at The Monument. The rooms are spacious, clean, and I really appreciated the 2nd vanity area outside of the bathroom.

A bit disappointed. The hotel oversold the suite and gave away the room we had booked months in advance. They then downgraded our room. When asked about the fare difference they did not want to help, acted like they didn’t care and told me I had to contact Expedia for the difference. The room was clean but the ac didn’t work and we were never able to get the room below 76 the whole stay.

It was a nice place to stay. A restaurant and bar with good food. Breakfast buffet had hot and cold cereal, eggs, bacon, etc, fresh fruit, bread for toadt. French toast. Delicious. $14.94 + tax

Nice room. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Great room service and other amenities. The hotel lobby/restaurant/bar was nice. Room smelled like old cigarettes and the area did not offer much.

The room smelled like mold or old smoke. Cleaning of the room wasn’t done well. The glass at the front desk makes it extremely hard to hear to person checking you in without almost yelling.

We had some cleanliness issues with stained bed sheets, hair on the shower walls, and no tolietries at all. Staff was very accomodating and provided replacement bedding. Breakfast was excellent.

Like: it was a beautiful property with its glass elevators, fountains, etc. Also, enjoyed the fact that they clean the room while we were out. That is seldom done these days. The staff was very business-like. Wish they'd been a little more personable. Dislike: The place needs an address marker. All we saw was the convention sign and wasn't sure if we had the right place or not.

Breakfast included was great but I was always there right at 6 am and buffet was luke warm at best. Toilets way too low for anyone over 40. Front staff very nice.

Room was comfortable and clean except toilet seat. Service was good except restaurant for one evening meal and one breakfast. People knocking on door, difficult to sleep awakened both nights. Great difficulties with key card. Not a good experience.

Very run down. It had a smell like humidity. Carpet was full of stains… something looking like blood. Price was way too expensive for the facility. Definitely needs updating and cleaning
